Apartment holiday rentals in Grad Hvar

The apartment was extremely comfortable and everything we could possibly need for our stay. Quite a few steps from street level to front door although not an issue for us. Everything was spotless, nicely decorated and laid out very well. Air Con worked really well which meant we slept soundly every night. The view was amazing from the terrace and balcony. Ante and his family were really helpful and made us feel very welcome. The location was ideal with some of the best swimming spots on the island just across the road and local bars/restaurants just a short walk away. Also Hvar town is only a 20 minute stroll. Would recommend this apartment highly for 2 people looking for a special week away.

We loved it at Jasminkas place! We where 4 girls staying there for 6 days and we absolutely loved it! Everything was very clean, the terrace is amazing, beautiful beaches nearby and Jasminka is an amazing host! Would definitely come back

Loved our stay in Hvar. The property is well located near the town centre and was easily accessible plus has all the necessary amenities for a short stay. Would definitely recommend and would absolutely stay here again if we were to return!

Words can’t describe the view. We looked out over the Adriatic Sea and watched sailboats pass by. The windows opened to the sea view so we opened to let the breeze come in. The location is about 20 minutes from the main square. Not a bad trek for us, but difficult for anyone with a mobility issue. Host was extremely responsive. Immediate response to any questions. And great local recommendations.

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit wahrscheinlich der besten Aussicht. Leider keine Parkmöglichkeiten bei der Unterkunft, aber einige kostenpflichtige Parkplätze in der Nähe. Auf jeden Fall sind einige Treppen zu bewältigen, aber es lohnt sich allemal. Von der Ankunft bis zum Auschecken hat alles reibungslos funktioniert und wir erhielten viele tolle Tips.

The accommodation really is a gem. Within walking distance and very centrally located in the old town, but still quiet and not in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The view of the old town and the sea from the balcony is incomparably beautiful. The accommodation is super modern, in top new condition and very clean. The communication with the hostess was great and proactive. She described the check-in exactly and took care of any queries. She also gave great tips. All in all a great stay that we would highly recommend at any time.

This is the best Airbnb we have ever stayed at. Dana and her husband went above and beyond to host us, including picking us up and dropping us off at the ferry. The condo itself is immaculate, modern, every single detail has been thought of. Location is great, quiet- but just a 5 minute stroll to the water and 10 minutes into town. We rented both units and my father stayed below (with Dana occupying the two floors in between). Completely separate entrances, very private. If you’re mobility limited, this isn’t the place for you — there are many flight of outdoor stairs to get to the top. Even with a 1 year old though, we didn’t mind. Dana also provided an immaculate travel crib, bedding, and high chair for our little man. We’re so so so happy with our stay!!!

The place was great. Walkable from Hvar town, great hosts and looked exactly like the picture. Hosts provided recommendations of things to do, with local restaurants to try with discounts, this was amazing. I would return anytime, we loved our stay

This property was so lovely. It is quite small, but perfect for a solo traveller like myself or a couple. Such a lovely outside space to enjoy the natural surroundings and sea. The sea is just a step across a quiet road and down some stone steps and straight into the water. Beautiful! There is a lovely pebbly beach 5 mins walk away if you prefer not to swim off the rocks. The walk into the main town is about 20 mins. The host Darije is a lovely man and always so helpful. I would highly recommend this apartment.

We loved staying in this apartment. Easy access to town, walkable distance to supermarket, other beaches and the highlight: swimming spot at your feet. What an incredible location. We loved the place and would love to come back to Hvar. Also, thanks to Branka, the owner, for a friendly and warm welcome.

Ivana was an amazing host! She was very responsive and provided us recommendations to restaurants and beaches. We needed a taxi and Ivana was able to call us one and wait with us. The place was in a great location near old town. Highly recommend Ivana and this place. Would come back again!

This was a great place everything we needed, lovely view from the balcony and very close to town, restaurants, shops and beaches. We thought it was the percect place to stay

Wow, what can I say…giving 5 stars and saying Amanda & Chris are the best air BnB hosts I’ve ever had still doesn’t justify it! The location of the hidden house literally could not be better. You are within a 45 SECOND walk to some fantastic restaurants, the water and at the heart of this little town. If you want to make the most of your time - Amanda will hook you up with Niksa, who picked us up from Split airport, dropped us off by speedboat, and took us out for our final day where we explored deserted bays, beaches and other hidden gems around the Paklinski islands. We went to Hvar town for the day and although we liked it, it made us realise just how special SG is - I’m so glad we did it this way round! If you come to Stari Grad, you HAVE to stay here, thank you guys! :)

We had an absolute dream stay with Dana and Dino. From the moment we arrived, Dana went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and at home. The apartment was immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and perfectly located. Dana was always available to answer any questions we had and provided us with great local tips and recommendations. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we needed, and the amenities were top-notch. We loved the thoughtful touches, such as the gorgeous coffee and the fact Dino collected and dropped us to the port. Dana is an exceptional host who truly cares about their guests' experience. We felt so comfortable and relaxed in their home, and we can't wait to stay with them again in the future. We had a wonderful stay at Josipas place. Everything was as expected from the pictures and it was squeaky clean. The view is spectacular, especially in the evening when the sun goes down over the ocean. The jacuzzi was nice to relax in and the back garden is very tranquil. Josipa is a wonderful host and gave us lots of recommendations and even picked us up and dropped us off in town. We wholeheartedly recommend a stay at Josipas place. Our family of 6 had a wonderful stay at the penthouse that offered great space and amenities and it was a short walk to town. Would definitely stay here with our family again! Thank you!

1 van de beste air bnb's waar ik ooit ben verbleven. Natali is super vriendelijk, denkt mee en heeft een top appartement. Echt alles is aanwezig wat je maar nodig kan hebben. Afstand naar de stad is ongeveer 10 minuten, wel wat hoogteverschil maar heel goed te doen! Natali, bedankt voor alles!

This was one of our favorite Airbnbs that my husband and I have ever stayed at!! It was truly unbelievable. Looked just like the pictures. The outdoor space was so relaxing and beautiful! There’s a decent bit of walking to get downtown, but it was such a great apartment! The hosts were responsive and flexible. They gave us a map of the city with recommendations on arrival. If we are ever back in Hvar, we’d be delighted to come back here!

Biserka and her family were incredibly kind and hospitable to my friends and me and helped make our experience in Hvar magical :)). Not to mention her adorable puppy!!!! Would most definitely stay with her again if I make it back out to Hvar —highly recommend! And the balcony along with the insane view was awesome.

Great location with an amazing southerly view overlooking the sea. Hvar town, restaurants and beaches were all within comfortable walking distance. The apartment had all required amenities and it well exceeded our expectations. We regret we didn’t book to stay here longer! Our hosts, Tonči and Marija were amazing, available if needed and helpful with recommendations and suggestions.

Absolutely loved our stay here. Tea was incredibly communicative and welcoming. She met us at the door and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, and has a beautiful private patio with a hot tub, which was perfect after a day of exploring. The location truly can’t be beat. It’s a quick walk from the ferry and right in the heart of town. The apartment is part of a group that also runs a nearby coffee shop, restaurant, and laundry service. As a guest, you’re offered a free welcome coffee, cocktail, and one load of laundry, which they also dry and fold for you. Such a thoughtful touch. I’d absolutely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone coming to Hvar.
