Holiday rentals with a patio in Grace Bay

I am no stranger to Turks Travels ... and have loved Carpe Diem condos for quite some time due to the location - easy beach walk and being right across from the police station and local shops ! Solo traveler and felt secure . Michael's place was better than the pictures - as it's very spacious , bright and beautifully beach appointed . Can't say enough good things about the king bed mattress - something to be said for sleeping fabulous on vacation ! One of my favorite things was the separate lobby area ( with a door to close if u choose ) that made you feel as if you could leave ur beach things right there and not deal with bringing them in your separate living space . Was a quiet week before Easter so all was serene and quiet within the condo complex ! Would be great to come back and enjoy again !

Anya’s place was exactly as shown in the pictures. It has a modern and minimalist design. It’s a 3 minute walking distance to The Sands Resort and a 9 - 14 minute walking distance to the strip - great restaurants, bars and shops. The community pool was great. Anya is very responsive. Just a mention, our flight landed (2:30pm) 1.5 hours earlier than 4pm so we checked with the property point of contact to see if we could access the apartment. We were advised the property had not been cleaned yet and would be ready at 4pm. At 4pm we contacted the property for the apartment # because we had not it received yet and when we walked in the apartment was still being clean. The cleaning persons did not finish cleaning until 5:30pm after we had arrived in the apartment. The cleaning staff were nice and friendly. Overall, very nice space and I would book again.

We would book here again! Overall, Nicole's lovely condo and the property as a whole exceeded our expectations. Everything was exactly as pictures and description. Extremely clean with everything we needed. Bonus was the heavy duty beach umbrella, which was needed with the strong winds. Quiet building, clean pools and clean hot tub. The property is very well cared for. Loved being on this level as we could just step off our balcony and be on the main deck or in the pool. Amazing view of the ocean from room. Good quality bed. Very safe area to walk to a couple of restaurants at Turtle Cove- Baci Restaurante was our fav. Sharkbites pub was nice for casual. Disappointed with Mango Reef - food and service not very good for the high price. Down on Grace Bay Beach our favs were The FARM, Somewhere Cafe, and Hemmingways. Neko was quick with responses to a couple of questions we had. Thank you Nicole and to Neko for his service. Rented car from Scooter Bob's = excellent company.

5🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟would never be enough for Our stay at Montbleu . Adriano and his family went over and beyond even before We arrived for Our stay . By the end of Our stay We made lifelong friends and cannot wait to rebook this AirBnb again . We have stayed all over the world & by far this was Our favorite Host & stay . Adriano is amazingly responsive , kind , warm & makes sure everything is perfect every minute of your stay . The accommodation was perfect for my kids & I . The location is amazing close to everything . You have everything you need ( including beach towels / snorkeling / paddle board / chairs ) and if you don’t have something He immediately gets it ( We weren’t missing anything ) . Our stay included gorgeous flowers from his garden as a surprise & a beautiful , thoughtful going away gift . We were truly treated like royalty . Best yet he gives you a million suggestions for restaurants/ beaches / things to do anything you ask you get a reply immediately. Cannot wait to return

Steve place is just what we needed. Location is great. The pool right outside our room was a plus. The view is amazing. His place is clean and perfect for a couple or a solo trip. The beach is like a 2 min drive and 15 min walk. It felt like our own private beach. Steve also provided us with a cooler and beach chairs big plus. IF you book here Rent a car. It will save you a ton of money especially if you leave 2 to 3 times a day or want to really explore the island. It will pay for itself on day one. Its like $90 round trip with a taxi to most places. If your looking for Safe and clean then this your place. You dont want to spend all your time in the room with all the beautiful beaches on this island.

This was a wonderful place to stay and for us... a definite 5 star! Yvetka had all the essentials for enjoying the beach! The condo was comfortable, clean, and had a very workable washer and dryer which was an awesome addition. Loved the kitchen as we brought food with us and also bought food in T&C for cooking! The condo also gets a BIG 5 stars for location, location, location! Fabulous for an easy walk from the condo to the cafe for great coffee (Turks Wave Cafe), wonderful restaurants, and the beach! An easy drive to Grace Beach downtown area. The location was also excellent for getting around the island with our car rental, as we visited many beaches that were mostly within 10-20 minutes away. Highly recommend checking out different beaches as each has it's own character. One of our favorites was Long Bay Beach! Colton and Mallory were gracious hosts. We appreciated the welcome snacks and beverages when we arrived. The beach chairs were super helpful and we loved having the bikes to ride into town for dinner a few nights. While the home is nice, one of the bedroom AC units seemed to have issues the entire time we were there…leaking down the wall and all over the floor. We followed all of the guidelines with not leaving doors or windows open when running it, but I think it needs to be replaced possibly as the other two worked beautifully. And again, nice house and having the pool was a hit with our kids but we paid more than my husband and I think it was likely worth. So much so, I had a hard time enjoying our vacation as I was a bit sick to my stomach we had spent so much for a home on a busy street with construction next door. Again, great hosts but I’m not sure we’d pay that much to stay there again.

Naomi's cottage is sooo cute, cozy, and clean!!! The bedrooms were spacious with comfortable beds and a designated bathroom. Each area has a slim line wall air conditioner that you control so you're sure to feel at home in this space. The washer/dryer is an added bonus. The location was centrally located but you'll need a car to get around. Great space for a family, friends or two couples. Naomi was very responsive to my texts, and she was super friendly!!! We would definitely stay here again. The only con was construction going on, in the unit below us, during the day. It wasn't a problem for us because we were at the beach during the day. However, if you are a really late sleeper you might want to check with Naomi on the progress of the construction.

Great place with a great host and property manager. The host and manager were very responsive to any messages sent. Beach is close by and the house is in the middle of everything you would need. The house location was surprisingly quiet for being in the middle of Grace Bay. Great place for kids. They loved the upstairs loft and pool. If we ever return, we would rent this place again.

Jasmine was a wonderful host. She guided us to the property after Google led us astray. After initially booking the property, she reached out to answer any questions we might have which we had many since this was our first visit to the island. She had excellent recommendations about getting a rental car, snorkeling excursions and scuba diving. The property was immaculate and completely as described & photos. All kitchen appliances, flatware, dishes, toaster, coffee maker, pots and pans available. Beds were perfect to sleep on and ample pillows. Ceiling fans in the bedrooms and living space. They had beach towels and beach chairs available for our use as well as a convenient buggy to tote them to the beach if you don’t have or don’t want to use your car. Ample parking spots available and close enough to walk to the Thursday night fish fry and the public beach access. All in all, an extremely positive experience and enjoyable vacation stay. Highly recommend!!

This was a ladies trip and we felt safe and comfortable the whole time! Great communication from the hosts! Very easy walk to the beach and Coral Gardens. The home had everything we needed. AC was great and all beds were super comfortable. The beach gear was wonderful and easy to have! Highly recommend this location. I’ve been to the island many times and always stay on the beach however, this house is only a short walk to the beach and I felt like I was close enough to the beach where it didn’t matter. I would highly recommend!!

We stayed at this beautiful place for our honeymoon. It was the perfect private location with the pool and beach. We used the kayaks and paddle boards provided and enjoyed the beautiful Chalk Sound. My favorite beach, Sapodilla was just a 1 minute car ride / 5 min walk. We will stay here again!

A great place to stay when in Grace Bay! Tons of space with more bathrooms than you’d really need. Was here with 3 friends and we all had our own rooms and full bathroom each, but you could easily have a larger group or entire family stay here. The outdoor area with the private pool was fantastic and the fact that it came with free, easy parking was a great perk. Easily walkable to the beach, however, a car was a good idea to carry things like coolers since the walk is about 20 mins and in the heat there can feel like a lot. Close beach though with easy parking by the beach and no cost to park. Plenty of towels, cooler, etc. included. Only thing I might suggest is having some beach chairs for people to bring to the beach since the sunbeds at the beach are for hotel guests and can be expensive if you aren’t one. Great stay and will most certainly recommend/be back!

Wow . What an INCREDIBLE experience. Not only was she always one call away , but she met us at the property and made us feel right at home . She had balloons and cupcakes waiting for my boyfriend’s birthday and it was so special. There was plenty of space for our group , the private pool and basketball court featured at the house made a great night in . SPOTLESS home with soaps lotions gels and more included in the bathroom. We always had fresh towels and she even helped coordinate our taxi from the airport . She helped us get to the local market for snacks and I cannot say enough about the level of hospitality provided . Our entire group can speak on the fact the house looks BETTER than the photos. It doesn’t even do it justice . There are balconies attached to the rooms and air conditioner units in the bedrooms. I will always stay with Lisa when I visit Turks . . Do not keep scrolling , book this house . Aziza and Shisha are 10 minutes away. The location was everything.

We had a fantastic stay! The location is excellent—just a few minutes' walk to a beautiful, quiet beach with TCI’s turquoise waters, plus shops for groceries, clothes, and gifts and several restaurants, including an excellent Italian spot. The complex is beautiful, with lush gardens and a gorgeous pool that we often had to ourselves. The unit was clean, well-decorated, and exceptionally well-equipped. The kitchen had every appliance and tool imaginable, along with items like tea, coffee, spices, condiments, paper towels, soap, and laundry detergent—far more than other guests we spoke to, who had none of these conveniences. We also had umbrellas and shelter for the beach, avoiding high rental fees, plus coolers and inflatables for the pool. We loved the ground-floor location, making it easy to wander in and out to the pool, and its peaceful spot at the end of the complex. In our opinion, it's the best unit in the complex. Amazing accommodation in a perfect location. Highly recommend!

This place was stunning—clean, peaceful, and in a perfect location. It’s tucked near quiet, secluded beaches, yet just a quick 5-minute drive to the popular Grace Bay area with its restaurants and well-known beaches. The property felt very safe and serene. I’d highly recommend it to anyone looking for a more private, off-resort experience without sacrificing easy access to the island’s top spots

My family and I have stayed at a number of AirBnb's (and before that VRBO's!) over the years and I can honestly say that this was the best one yet. Jennifer's place has been meticulously arranged. Everything possible was considered for fun in the sun, as well as comfort and ease within the space. From the floating hammocks to the plush linens, to her extensive guide book, Jennifer thought of everything one could need to have an incredible vacation and make lifelong memories. I really hope to come back someday! Thank you Jennifer!

Loved the stay! Easy walk to Shark Bite and Hideaway Cafe. Beach is an easy walk and all the beaches are close drive. Big balcony! Comfortable furniture. Helpful amenities. I cannot hear neighbors. Two pools are great and very close to room. Would stay again.

Nathan’s place was undoubtedly one of the best Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was exactly as depicted in the listing. Upon arrival, we found the place clean and fresh, stocked with essential items as mentioned in the post. Even spices were available in the cabinet, eliminating the need to buy them for cooking. The restaurants within walking distance were pleasant. Although we regretted missing lobster season, that’s not Nathan’s fault. Haha! The beach was breathtaking, and we were grateful for the beach-friendly amenities provided while we didn’t use them, knowing Nathan had equipped the place for it sets it apart from others. Don’t forget the onsite pool! It’s a great place to relax when you’re not in the mood for the beach. Lastly, the screened-in porch was a welcome respite from the mosquitos. Be sure to bring repellent, as they were quite persistent during our stay. Our entire party thoroughly enjoyed Nathan’s place. We will be returning here!! 20/10.

Mark’s place was the perfect fit for us! It’s quiet and peaceful, you can see a bit of the ocean from within the studio through the patio. Mark provided great recommendations and was super proactive with all of my questions. It was also great that we got to use the snorkel fins and beach chairs they provided.

This place is perfect for exploring Turks and Caicos! The location was great & in walking distance of multiple restaurants, coffee, and even the beach. You can rent snorkel gear about a half mile down the road and even walk to Smith's Reef to snorkel. I really appreciated the binder of information, recommendations, and maps too. Thanks for a great stay!
