Family-friendly holiday rentals in Grace Bay

Ana's place was clean, spacious, and well equipped. We really appreciated having some beach equipment (small cooler, umbrella, beach chairs), and the resort's paddle boards and kayaks. The pool is great, the area is quiet and peaceful, and we felt like we had a private beach!! Of note, there was no laundry detergent and there is quite a bit of sea grass in the water. You can walk a little ways down and avoid it, or keep going and find the national park with some cool sights and beaches. Definitely need a rental car, and groceries here. Was perfect for our family, who like to avoid the heavy touristy areas and really explore the location, not just sit on the beach the whole time.

We enjoyed our stay at the Atrium. Even though we weren’t able to check in early. And we had to wait 25-30mins past our check in time. We were able to leave our bags in the office and go explore for a couple hours. The host was responsive. The staff was polite and a pleasure to talk to. I would definitely come back. Would definitely recommend the Atrium to other travelers.

Great location! Turtle Cove had great restaurants especially SharkBite that was reasonably priced and if you are lucky can see the shark swim by while eating - however our favourite was Smiths Reef (walking distance) it was never crowded and a family of turtles frequent the spot - My family enjoyed snorkelling, swimming and relaxing.

We actually had the pleasure of meeting our host. He was amazing. Propane tank was empty. He came right over and replaced it so we can barbecue… Great space looked just like the photos. very clean .. spent some time in the pool as it was amazing nice and warm… everything you need in the kitchen to cook. I really love the fact that we had a refrigerator that had a filtered water dispenser on it and a ice machine as I drink a lot of water lol fantastic look forward to staying there again

When you look up the definition of a 5-star AirBnB this should be the picture. A friendly and responsive host looking to satisfy all your needs—check. An amazing location with lots to do—check. In paradise—check. Our stay at CoCo Gardens was absolutely amazing. We chose to rent a car and I would recommend this as it gave us access to enjoy numerous beautiful beaches across the island. Robin answered all questions we had and was always available in the lead up to our stay and while we were there. Loved the outdoor shower, Nova is the friendliest, and we will be back again. If the house fits your groups requirements then don’t miss out and book today!

Stay was nice. The island is very overpriced but had nothing to do with the accommodations. It’s very close to the public beach and nice restaurants.

You could not ask for a better view. Having our own pool was a highlight. The area was very private in an upper scale area. It was just my two kids (20’s) and myself. We felt safe and very comfortable. This was a beautiful peaceful trip. Thank you to Allison and Terri. Such fast responses to our questions and the great recommendations you made. Felipe was an absolutely wonderful host! He was extremely responsive and has an absolutely wonderful place. It was clean and contained every amenity that is needed. He even allowed us to drop our bags before check in time. We felt completely safe at the property. Felipe’s Airbnb allowed for us to have an affordable stay while still enjoying the beautiful island. The location for the place is perfect and only 20 mins away from all the main spots. Felipe even recommended us a jetski guide who was AMAZING and affordable. Don’t look further and book this Airbnb if you want an affordable and nice stay on this beautiful island 😌

Our family just had an incredible experience in Provo thanks to Katherine. Comfortable beds, A/C, WiFi, etc. Her knowledge of the island was so helpful! The notebook she provided with where to go and where to eat was GOLD. She had all the snorkeling, kayaking & paddle boarding and gear we needed & more! Her JEEP was great for getting to some of the hard to access beaches (Malcolm, Northwest Point, etc.) Her response time was excellent and she provided us with great transportation to & from the airport. Her home is centrally located on the island so everything was close and accessible. Our 12 & 14yr old boys had a blast! Easily our families best getaway-SO many little adventures. We’d stay again in a heartbeat!

I don’t know what was more amazing, Katherine as a host or her Sweet Escape. What I do know is the combo is untouchable! Katherine was fantastic from the moment of booking well through check out. The Sweet Escape is truly a wonderland. Far enough from the commercial area to feel like a local but close enough to everything that there was never a dull moment. The property was beautiful, the cottage was so clean and cozy. The AC was rockin’ too! All in all, our stay in TCI was magical and when we come back, Katherine will be the only person in mind to book with. Thank you again!!!

Perfect for the fisherman in your family! My son caught 4 types of snapper and a couple of crabs. We tried for the bonefish and barracuda but no luck. My other son and I loved the paddleboards and went out everyday. Tons of places to relax and enjoy the breeze. Beautiful home within 10 to 15 of EVERYTHING! Loved it!!

March 2025: I traveled with my wife and 3 young children and think this might just be THE place to stay on Provo. The home was spacious with everything we needed, was nestled in a beautiful setting, and was private and quiet at night. The island is small so it was really easy to get around, we found this neighborhood was close to the action while providing seclusion and relaxation. The pool and canal provided entertainment for the kids. While it's not on a beach, the nearest Long Bay Beach access ("secret access" on Google maps) was stunning and only 2 minutes away. The value of this place can't be beat on this island. While it's not a luxury resort, it felt like home in the best way. We really felt comfortable. Some friends rented the lower unit and we had a blast together. Finally, MC was so helpful and kind. An excellent host. Highly recommended.

We felt like we were in the jungle. 🤩 It was quiet and peaceful and very spacious and comfortable. You need a rental car to enjoy this property which we had. It was a great location to explore all the different areas of the island. Kel was very helpful and easy to communicate with, sometimes maybe a little slow but that didnt bother us. Thank you Kel, we felt at home away from home. 🥰

Debbie and Dan were exceptional hosts! They clearly care about their villa and maintain it very well. The villa was stocked with a full usable kitchen with all the tools one would need to cook in. The beds were comfortable, the house was very clean and can’t beat the location just a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed the quick walk to Taylor Bay and the villa was equipped with lots of extras like pool/beach toys, towels, etc, and even had a washer and dryer! Debbie and Dan are a wealth of knowledge and had lots of useful recommendations. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Casa De Isle, we will return!

We really enjoyed our stay. It was a great location & walkable to beach, grocery & restaurants.

The house is fully equipped and has everything you might need. Highly recommended, unless you have any walking limitation. The house is near the grace Bay Area, but the road leading to it is unpaved. So if you plan to walk from and to it, just make sure you have no problem taking short walks on unpaved roads. Our group had some kids and a baby, and that was a bit of a hassle. But other than that, the house is spacious, fully equipped, beds comfortable and location is convenient.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at White Villas in Turks and Caicos, and it was truly an unforgettable experience! Second time staying at Place de la Sol, and it feels like home away from home. Easy breezy and no fuss - but steps away from the beauty of Taylor Bay. Hope to return again soon!

Stephanie is a wonderful host . The condo is well stocked and comfortable. Everything you need is in walking distance. Love that she has a wagon to take to the grocery store..,so helpful!! Do easy to walk to the BEAUTIFUL beach!! This was my second stay and I will be back!!

We loved our stay at Grant's condo! It was the perfect 6 night stay during our first visit to TCI. I do an absurd amount of research when booking to find the best fit for us, and this was right on the money. The space is clean, location is perfect, and we felt right at home. The AC is phenomenal, and we loved having all the kitchen amenities available for use. We felt safe here, and the construction next door didn't bother us at all. It's also super nice to have the deck protected as mosquitos can be an issue in the evening. The beach is right around the corner, and it's super nice to have lounge chairs available at all times. The beach is a dream come true! Much quieter than other parts of Grace Bay. Perfect for couples. We got engaged on this trip so we will never forget it! Much love from California.
