Townhome holiday rentals in Government of Rotterdam

We stayed at Jos’ place for a little over a week. The location is great, close to the city center and the beach and with lots to do. The house is very spacious and bright. The only downside is there is no free parking around the area so it’s something to consider, there are some streets with a shorter paying window but you need to park 10 min walking from the house. All in all it was a great experience and we recommend this place, specially for big families like ours ☺️

We had a wonderful time at Katya and Michiel's house. The videos sent to us shortly before our departure, in which Katya described and explained the individual rooms and devices in detail, were ingenious and very helpful. The free parking in front of the house was no problem. We were able to accommodate our own bicycles very well and safely in the associated garden house. The house is very lovingly and comprehensively furnished. The quiet location was perfect for our bike tours, because you can reach destinations worth seeing in all directions directly from the house on beautiful bike paths (e. The Hague, Scheveningen, Katwijk, Leiden, flower route around Lisse, Delft). Rotterdam can be visited very easily by metro (The Hague – Rotterdam) (day ticket about €10), whereby we cycled to the metro station Voorburg 't Loo (about 4.5 km).

The house is very nice. It is very nicely decorated and well equipped. Ideal for two adults and two children. We felt at home. Cat and chickens were a highlight. Our children also enjoyed using the playground in front of the door. The house is in a great location. You can reach all sights on foot and by bike,. The beach can be reached in 20 minutes with children by bike. Thank you for borrowing two adult bikes. Communication with Luit and Sander was always very good, friendly and fast. We would like to recommend the house to others and would come back again ourselves.

I loved staying at Arjan & Leon's place, which used to be a hat shop and has TONS of character. It's in the perfect location to explore the center of Gouda on foot as you are right next to the old (& beautiful) city hall, the weekly cheese market which is held around it, as well as many sidewalk cafe's and restaurants. Both hosts are extremely friendly & very easy to communicate with, and I was able to meet Leon in person, which was really nice. I would love to stay again when I'm next in Gouda!

Absolutely brilliant stay in a really lovely area. The host was very friendly and gave us lots of recommendations. The house also exceeded expectations and although the photos looked great, it was far bigger than expected.

I spent a week in Isis' apartment with my family. The apartment is well cared for, tastefully furnished and with all comforts. The neighborhood is close to the center but away from the hustle and bustle and surrounded by greenery. The two bikes provided were very helpful. Utrecht, among other things, a beautiful and strategic city to visit all the Netherlands. In Isis' apartment we felt right at home, we also live in a green area near the center of a beautiful city, and it allowed us to taste the way of life of the Dutch. I highly recommend it!

We had a good stay and the caretaker helped us with local recommendations and any issues around. The metro is 2 min away as well as grocery store.

I was so lucky to find this place. Mei was very warm and friendly whilst still being totally professional and unintrusive. The location is incredibly quiet and peaceful, being in a quiet suburb away from the hustle and bustle of central Rotterdam, but just a five minute walk to the Metro station which gets you into town in 30 min. It felt like a very safe area. Mei speaks great English and made some good recommendations about places to visit which she thought I'd like. She also helped me take advantage of discounts on museum entries which were available to me but which I didn't know about. I had an en suite shower room, and the well-equipped kitchen and toilet were separate from those used by Mei and her family who also live in the house. I had them to myself. The whole place was clean, tidy and pleasant. There was always plenty of hot water for the shower. All the areas I needed to access were step-free, sited on the ground floor. I appreciated being able to check in three hours early

Charming house in a lovely neighborhood, equipped with everything we needed and lots of space (indispensable if travelling with two teenagers). We very much enjoyed the tastefully decorated kitchen/ living area. The communication was great throughout, Vincent and Michiel were very friendly and helpful and gave us plenty of advices what to do and where to go. We had a great time touring the area and the house was the perfect base for discovering Rotterdam (the city center is just a 15 minute bike ride away) and many other places in beautiful Zuid-Holland.

We had a great stay at Rewien’s place! It is perfect for a family with small children and is located in a child friendly neighborhood. Communicating with Rewien was pleasant and easy, he was very friendly and left us a nice welcome package. We felt very much at home as the place was very clean and had a lot of amenities.

Was a great place! Easily walkable to anywhere else in the city you needed to go and easy to find. Plenty of places in the area as well for food, grocery, etc.

Our stay at Jacco's house with our children was very nice. We felt very comfortable right away. We had enough space, everything necessary was available and the location was quiet and easily accessible. Plenty of parking and shopping were also available.

Nice house, clean and well equipped. A small inconvenience having the 2nd bedroom in the attic, but we were ok.

Good location for us, peaceful neighbourhood. Not many pubs or restaurants nearby but plenty of supermarkets and convenience stores.

Beautiful flat with a well stocked kitchen. The location was close to everything. The stairs are more like a ladder but once you get used to them they are fine. Overall a very nice, clean ,comfortable place to stay.

Had a very nice stay in Nils' beautiful, spacious home. The house is fully equipped and Nils is a friendly host who responds quickly (and proactively), he gives clear instructions and useful tips. Beautiful, quiet area near the center (10 minutes by bike). In short, definitely recommended!

Monique warmly welcomed us to her charming home. On the ground floor there is a covered hallway with a small bathroom. Behind the front door is a nice living room with open kitchen. On the upper floors is the bedroom with an open bathroom. The house has a great location! It's only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful, large beach. There are also plenty of bars and restaurants just a short distance away. The city center of The Hague is only 15 minutes by tram. We will definitely stay with Monique again next time we are in The Hague :)

I stayed here with my daughter and an au pair (girls trip) and we really enjoyed Sophie’s house! Highly recommend! It’s a lovely home to come back to after your excursions - light, peaceful, airy and well decorated (but still practical). We were able to take advantage of the indoor - outdoor living. On the practical front, it has 3 full bedrooms (not including a baby room) and 3 bikes (including an e-bike). It’s in a cute neighborhood with groceries and restaurants nearby, walkable to the center. It’s also a walk away from the train station and a bike ride to the beach. The owner, Sophie, was friendly, available whenever we needed anything and met us to explain the house. Overall, this is a great house that I don’t hesitate to recommend. It lives up to the photos and we all said we would stay here again.
