Holiday rentals with beach access in Goulburn River

I spent 3 days in Rhyll’s place and i had a great time in it, the place is cozy and you can get everything you need. Rhyll is a very lovely lady to chat, i’ll 100% come back to this place if i come Melbourne again!

This was a very cosy stay for my group of 3 (with one person on the couch). We really appreciated the balcony which had lovely views, and the location was quite central (the nearest tram stop to the city is at Strut St near ABC). The shower was really good too with good water pressure and temperature for cold Melbourne days. We did notice that there were no cooking essentials (milk, oil, spices etc) however we did not intend to cook hence it did not affect our stay. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location of this apartment is unbeatable. There's a great cafe and mart right beside the entrance and the trams are walking distance. You can choose to walk to CBD, or more local neighbourhoods for more cafes, bookstores if you like a quieter vibe. It's peaceful, private, and safe. I'd definitely recommend staying here, especially if it's your first time exploring Melbourne!

Loved our stay here! The apartment was bright, spacious and clean. The views of the city and bay are amazing and the location was great with everything in easy walking distance. Hosts were responsive and made for a great stay. Will definitely stay here again!

Charlie’s place was a great place to stay. He was a responsive host and was very easy to communicate with in such a timely manner. The location of the airbnb was perfect as it made public transport highly accessible with plenty of street parking available. The place itself was the perfect size for myself and had the amenities required to stay comfortably. The pool was definitely my favourite feature. Would highly recommend 😊

We loved our stay at Glenn's place, it was super convenient to the convention centre and the CBD, the view was spectacular! The unit is very welcoming and beautifully decorated. we were very comfortable and would absolutely recommend staying here, especially to anyone attending an event at the convention centre 😀

We stayed here for eight fantastic weeks. We loved the place and were sad to leave. Alex replied really quickly and with clear instructions. The apartment was brilliant. Really clean, comfortable, great view and so close to everything. The gym and pool were also fantastic. We wish we could have stayed longer but just a little too expensive for us. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Terence was super responsive and checked in regularly throughout our stay. The check in instructions were very detailed and easy to follow. Their place was homely and we appreciated the heater in the living room. There were tea bags and sweet treats provided too - thanks! Bedrooms were spacious and Disney+ was an added bonus! The cleaner had missed out one bath towel but Terence had towels delivered over promptly, adding a few extras to replace floor mats that we requested for too. Overall an enjoyable stay, thank you!!

What a wonderful place to stay! We were in the area for a nationals sporting event and this property hosted the team perfectly! The house was very spacious with plenty of large living rooms and ensuites.. We had a morning off from games so the team went for a walk and the views did not disappoint. Nerissa was a lovely host, very accommodating of our large group booking and very proactive in responding to any questions we had. The entire team thought this was the perfect place to come back to and unwind after a long day of competition.

Great place for a total break from the fast lane. Ben was very helpful and responsive. Will definitely plan a return trip.

The place was amazing. I dont think the photos do it justice. It was the perfect medium between a bush getaway and a great house and amenities. We loved the tennis court, dam, fire pit and the serenity of not having anyone close by. Rebecca was very helpul throughout the whole process. Awesome property, would definitely recommend to larger groups and families.

Very homely, great for our dog and the dog loved it. Close to the river, easy to walk around the town and was nice and peaceful. Pam was lovely to chat to and there were very clear instructions on how to get to the house and entry details. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Perfect location - Woolworths right across the road. Walking distance to everything. Private, quiet and luxurious apartments. This is our number one stay whenever we return to Melbourne.

Wonderful stay at Sam’s apartment over the weekend of the AO Tennis. Easy walking distance. Good restaurants on South Bank. Tram stops and station close by for exploring other areas of Melbourne. Spacious rooms, with ample room for 4 adults. Pool was refreshing after long days. Would gladly stay here again!

Tamar’s place was exactly as described in an unbeatable location and stocked with all amenities and the view from the balcony was spectacular . It’s a prefect place to explore Melbourne and easy to travel using public transport. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to Melbourne.

The apartment is well situated with a tram stop into the city just across the road. Very close to the arts precinct and parks. There are a couple of great coffee shops within 5 minutes so easy for breakfast. Woolworths and BWS are a 5 minute walk away and there is a fantastic wine shop downstairs as well. A 10 minute walk takes you to all the restaurants on Southbank. The apartment is spacious and well set out with everything you need for your stay, with great view from the balcony. Definitely recommend the apartment for a stay and would stay again next time we visited from Perth. Thank you for making our trip so enjoyable.

Excellent location. Very walkable to everything we needed. The view is breathtaking and magical - particularly at night. The accommodation had everything you’d need.

We came to Melbourne to surprise my best friend whilst exploring the area. Jill was absolutely fantastic and genuine. From the point of booking, arrival, during and leaving Jill couldn’t have done more. Her place in southbank is in a great spot and the tram is right outside the place. Ubers are also pretty cheap if you wanted a slightly quicker way around. The kitchen and laundry cupboard had everything we would have needed and more. There is also access to the roof which gives incredible views across different areas in Melbourne. We even made use of the bbq’s on the roof just try and get a day where the wind is low. We managed to also see the fireworks from the roof. Thanks again for hosting us Jill was absolutely loved it and you were an incredible host :)

Very handy location in central city. Super convenient going anywhere. Clean room and toilet. Beautiful view from high floor. Free gym and pool is plus.
