Holiday rentals with breakfast in Goulburn River

We loved our stay here. The house is gorgeous and was perfect for an autumn getaway in the country. Elizabeth has thought of everything; from the decorations and styling of the house to the thoughtful breakfast provided. We loved sitting by the fire playing board games and seeing the cows and sheep roaming past. The beds were so comfy and well equipped for a cold night. We would love to come back here and would recommend it to everyone. Elizabeth was easy to communicate with and very accomodating and kind.

Great little place. Easy instructions, easy to find, super close to tram into Fitzroy. A really nice place to stay over.

This such a beautiful home! We were in town for a friends wedding and it was just our perfect sanctuary to relax between all the formalities. Shaun is an incredible host and was so extremely kind to go above and beyond for us. I can’t wait to return when I meet plan a trip again to the region! Thankyou Shaun!!

Peta's place was ideal for a relaxed weekend getaway in the Yarra Ranges, the bed was extremely comfortable, kitchen well appointed and the fire place was welcome on a cool night. We loved everything about this place and would eagerly come back and stay again.

This place is a hidden gem. It’s great for a retreat from the hustling and bustling life, and transport you back into nature. It’s very secluded, but it is meant to be the way it is. A Stonehill retreat. If you are looking for something that is near town, this is not for you. But if you are looking for a tranquil, peaceful place, I would recommend it 200%! Jacqui was also extremely helpful in her travel directions, and took extra effort to provide us with some oil when we ran out. Thanks much!

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

My experience with the hosts was excellent and the property was even more beautiful than the photos. The house was huge and everything you could possibly need and want was provided. We arrived to a roaring fire, a fridge stocked with generous breakfast provisions and a freshly baked cake which was a lovely touch. The beds and furnishings were very comfortable and a phone charger provided which was great as I’d forgotten mine! I would highly recommend the property and will definitely be back. We loved our stay with Melinda at Creekside. The place is cosy and inviting. It is tucked away on the creek - as the name suggests - which provides privacy and is peacefully quiet, yet it is still very close to cafes, pubs, restaurants and supermarkets. Melinda is a friendly host with great communication. I'd highly recommend anyone to come and stay if you are ever visiting Mansfield. Top notch.

My partner and I stayed for the weekend and had such a fabulous time. The apartment was spotless and in a perfect location right next to brunswick street. Definitely recommend staying here!

Geoff’s place was absolutely amazing! Real cozy as we wanted and lots of space to hang out. I added my sister last minute but Geoff didn’t charge as extra. We even had free milk, juice, bread etc! Really recommended. Only airbnb I’ve been with 3 smart TVs! Couldn’t have asked for more.

Our stay at Kristy’s place was exceptional. All amenities were as described plus some extra touches with breakfast provided and high quality products and comfortable furnishings. Would happily recommend to prospective visitors. Excellent central location to shops and the wharf.

Great space in a super location convenient to everything in Warrandyte. Would love to go back again. Kat is a great host and very helpful.

Craig and Maggie were perfect hosts - friendly, flexible with great communication. The studio was a perfect base for exploring the Yarra Valley and it was also so nice to be able to walk to restaurants, bars and even to wine tasting and the distillery. The studio was clean, comfortable, warm and cosy and we enjoyed the view of the valley while lying in bed! We would definitely hope to stay again if we come back to the area.

We had a great few days at this beautiful apartment while visiting our son in nearby Preston. The space is comfortable and cosy as well as generously stocked with everything you could need for your stay. Great location near bustling High St and Jessica was always helpful and responsive. Perfect for two people and we would definitely stay here again.

We loved it, brought our small dog. Fantastic place to stay, Valerie was very helpful and the house was well stocked with some food and drink staples which was much appreciated. The neighbours were very friendly.

Super location for walking to Trentham -4 minutes. Comfy bed and good linen. Breakfast provided was very handy. Loved the wildlife just outside of the accommodation .

My husband, myself and our 4 adult children stayed at Lavender Farm. When first arriving we were greeted by their friendly dogs. Jacky had made a delicious cake and fresh bread plus farm fresh eggs and bacon ready for breakfast the next morning. It made us feel right at home. The farm is beautiful as is the accommodation. Tony (the host) was very friendly and helpful. The town itself has everything you need. Healesville is a lovely place to stay. I would highly recommend Lavender Farm.

Was a fantastic stay and one we wish was longer.. so peaceful and serene views. The hospitality was fantastic and so generous in supplies for hot drinks and breakfast. Split systems in each room kept us all cozy and the views were beautiful.

Perfect little cottage in beautiful surroundings. The bathroom is a delight and watching the autumn leaves fall from the table over a glass of wine was divine.
