Beide Zimmer sind mit hochwertigen Boxspringbetten 220 x 200cm ausgestattet. Das BnB bietet eigene Eingänge, Bäder. Das self-service Frühstück ist einfach (Kaffee, Tee, Saft, Toast, Käse, Joghurt, Cerealien, etc.). Es kann im unbeheizten Vorraum zubereitet und im Zimmer eingenommen werden. Parkplätze sind vorhanden, die Busstation ist 1 Km entfernt.

The holiday maisonette "Alte Trotte" was refurnished 2019 in a listed timber-framed house from 1719. On the ground floor, you will find the kitchen, a dining room and a bathroom. On the first floor, there is a cosy living room, and a charming bedroom on the second floor. Suitable for 2 adults or 2 adults with 2 children. The "Alte Trotte" is located between "Seestrasse" and Lake Zurich (guests can use private access to the lake). Close to the railway station. Parking is included.

Our paradise invites you to relax. The guest room and bathroom as well as the living room (where there is a small fridge, a Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle) are located in the attic with beautiful views of Lake Walen and the Churfirsten. OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES Our cat also lives in the attic, which shares the bathroom and the living room. It has a parking in front of the house and a seating area with a fireplace. Studio apartment suitable for business people or people passing through with a double bed and sofa bed. Bus station is a 5-minute walk away, Wetzikon and Kempten train station can be reached in about 5 minutes by bus. Pfäffikersee is a 10-minute walk away. On the other side of the street it has a gym and other sports activities in the area and a restaurant opposite the apartment. There is an Aldi 2 minutes away by foot.
