We had a great stay here! The location was perfect, close to everything we needed, but still super quiet and peaceful. The place was very clean, cozy, and felt just like home. Walter was an amazing host, recommending fantastic local restaurant and helping us out right away when we had a small issue. Also, a big thank you for the welcome wine—it was such a nice touch. Would definitely stay again!

The guest house was exactly as described in the listing and exceeded out expectations. The property is located in a very peaceful and lush-green neighborhood. It is a modern house with all amenities required for the short or long-term stay. The check-in process was very smooth, with flexible check-in time and key box allowing self check in. The house was squeaky clean and clutter-free and was nicely decorated - we felt at home quickly. Communication from Caroline and Kevin was proactive and spot on, and they kept checking in if all was well or we needed anything during our stay. I would totally recommend the property for one and all visiting this part of Netherlands.

Heleen's place is located in a beautiful, peaceful place and the cottage is great, even better than the pictures. Surrounded by gardens, canals and lots of nature, is ideal for relaxing and exploring nature around. The cottage is big, comfortable, super clean and has lovely gardens around. Only 8 minutes by car there is the Breukelen's train station from where you can reach easily Utrecht, Amsterdam and other locations. I stayed for a month and if I could have, I'd have stayed longer. Heleen is very helpful and knows everything about the area, giving tips about restaurants, shops, walk trails, and other amenities you can find around. A very fast internet and a free parking space in front of the house are a big plus. Highly recommended!

Heerlijk klein huis aan het water. Echt buiten zijn en toch binnen 20 minuten in Amsterdam.

Un excellent séjour sous les toits d'Amsterdam, dans un quartier convivial et paisible, bien desservi par les transports et proche du centre à pied. Dorothy a été très accueillante et nous a donné plein de bons plans. L'appartement était calme et confortable, avec ce qu'il faut pour un séjour agréable. Je recommande chaudement !

Das Häuschen ist wunderschön und liegt direkt am Wasser. Es ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr sauber und es ist alles vorhanden was man brauchen könnte. Einkaufsmöglichkeit und Restaurants sind in direkter Umgebung zu Fuß erreichbar. Mit der Bahn ist man sehr schnell sowohl in Amsterdam, als auch in Utrecht. Nico ist ein toller Gastgeber, der immer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit war. Wir haben unseren Urlaub dort sehr genossen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen.

Appartementje met alles erop en eraan. Zeer net en zeer goed gelegen. Zeer lieve en attente gastvrouw en heerlijk ontbijtje. Wij komen zeker terug.

Nice place to stay during our time in Amsterdam. The location is very good and they were very clear and responsive in any communication.

We had a great stay at Cyriel's garden-house. The wood stove was already heating the house when we arrived, giving us a warm welcome. Cyriel prepared the sauna for us so we could enjoy it in the afternoon upon arrival. House was clean, comfortable and cozy. All in all a great stay!

Anne-Marie was a superb welcoming host who met us at check in and provided some great advice for local restaurants. The place is very well decorated, which the photos do not do justice to. Finally, the village surrounds are absolutely stunning, and Anne-Marie's place is very well located with only a short stroll into the centre. All in all, we very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend Anne-Marie's place.

Highly recommend. Great place to stay, our boys (5, 13, 15) had plenty to do with the toys/games provided and the home cinema/Playstation. The surrounding area is beautiful and great for walks, mountainbiking, sightseeing, museums, … The place was nicely decorated and the beds were great. The kitchen is basic so don’t expect to do complicated cooking but the appliances are new and what I was missing, the hosts very kindly provided when asked. They were very responsive, friendly, proactive. Overall a great experience, and we’d love to come back.

Natalia was very friendly and a great host. Her garden is absolutely beautiful and the perfect spot to relax for a lovely morning coffee. I felt welcomed right away. Highly recommended!

Die Unterkunft ist auch gut mit dem Bus zu erreichen - in 10min Fußweg und weiteren 13min Busfahrt mit 1x Umsteigen ist man in Amsterdam am Hauptbahnhof. Wir haben den Ausblick über die Felder, die gemütliche Einrichtung und die Terasse sehr genossen :)

Der Aufenthalt im Loft von Merijn war sehr schön. Es hat viel Platz und ist in einer ruhigen Lage, was wir sehr genossen haben. Auch Tagesausflüge nach Amsterdam oder Utrecht sind gut zu meistern mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln! Der Bus nach Bussum ist direkt um die Ecke :)

Loved my stay with Wiko. Having a huge bathtub, shower and a sauna 🎀was great after a long days walking in the rain. Very clean. All appliances work perfectly. Loved the birds in the morning. Only negative of this place. There is very very limited place to put your clothes or hang them. You are basically leaving the stuff in your suitcase . Notice: if you are a person with limited mobility, I would take a moment to ask the charming Wiko to put the linens on the bed. The clean linen is in the closet. Putting sheets on a twin bed (the middle part) might be a challenge for some.

Mark was extremely amazing host, super helpful and friendly, gave us local suggestions ♥️ House was amazing, with fascinating view on a lake and beautiful surroundings, we enjoyed a lot. Definitely recommended ♥️

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. It was clean, cozy, and in a great location. Elma was friendly, super responsive, and made check-in very easy as well as gave some incredible recommendations!

We stayed in the home for 2 weeks and just checked out yesterday. We definitely recommend this Hilversum home. The home is located in a very nice and safe neighborhood. The home is spacious, clean, private and very comfortable. Hilversum, Netherlands is a nice quaint town with plenty of diverse restaurants, shopping stores and very insteresting walks. Plus, Amsterdam is only 20 minutes away via train from the Hilversum train station and France is only 4hrs away via train as well. If I were to move to Netherlands, Hilversum is where I would live. If you have small children and/or pets you will need a gate to block the stairs to the bedroom downstairs. The steps are very steep and a potential fall hazard.

I cannot recommend this place enough! It is a small apartment but it has everything you need. The wardrobe is so big, it could even fit my big travel backpack, big luggage, and small luggage next to my clothes. In general, I was very impressed by the equipment. It was by far the best equipped airbnb I have ever lived in. The location is lovely! You have supermarkets close by, the bus station right next to you and the poort and Ijmeer are in walking distance (great for watching the sunset). On top of that, Renato has been super kind, responding quickly, and has helped me a lot.

We had a great stay! The hosts were super friendly, helpful, and made us feel very welcome. The location is ideal — just 20 minutes from the city center by ferry, but in a peaceful Dutch neighborhood with cows outside the window (so cute!). The place was clean and perfect for four people. Highly recommend!
