A great place to spend a few relaxing days in the mountains. The apartment is quiet, absolutely clean and cozy. Everything is really available – from the well-equipped kitchen to the loving furnishings. The communication with the host was excellent: quick, friendly, and helpful.

Easy place to stay, plug and go with simple directions and walkable to anything. We took the train in to town and it was a 7 min walk to the mountain.

Anna was very helpful. We really liked the accommodation and would recommend it to everyone.

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

Elena was very welcoming and responsive. Nicely decorated apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The location is very peaceful (late May) and the village is only a five minute walk.

The place is just perfect if you want a getaway from daily stress. The surroundings are beautiful and very peaceful. The scenery just before arriving there is breathtaking. The place itself felt very cozy and like home and it was very clean. Doris was always there to answer all our questions and make sure our needs were fulfilled. We enjoyed mornings and evenings on the beautiful balcony and there’s a lot of possibilities to hike from the apartment itself. Perfect host, place, surroundings, instructions. We can only recommend this place!

We stayed with our daughter 1.5 years old, for 10 days. It was very nice and we loved it. Everything was well described and hassle-free. We were even provided with a crib, which is why fortunately we didn't have to bring this from home. Thank you for the great time! We really enjoyed the holiday we urgently needed. We can definitely recommend it.

A beautiful place with everything your heart desires. We stayed at the “Auszeit” lodge for the first time and will definitely be back. The place is super close to the ski resorts and is located on a beautiful spacious meadow with a mountain. The view is a dream and the accommodation is fully equipped, including the living room, bathroom and bedrooms, as well as the kitchen. There is a lot of love in the details and the hostess Daniela is always available and very accommodating. Not to forget the sauna, where you can relax wonderfully after an active day, here too the view outside is worthwhile for an incredible view. We had a very nice time and can't wait to come back!

A great home to stay, feels like home.

We enjoyed our vacation in the very nice, new and well-kept as well as quiet apartment very much. Communication was always impeccable and very fast. There were no issues at all. We would love to vacation there again at any time. The possibility to park our car directly in front of the door in the yard was also perfect.

Really nice, well-furnished apartment with a well-equipped kitchen!! We had two dogs with us, so the location with direct walking and also the small garden was ideal!! There are also many opportunities for hikes and excursions right on the doorstep, really perfect for an active holiday!! It was also great that we had a location connection for our electric car in the garage. The only negative point is the amount of the extra fee for pets, which is definitely too high at €99 and already very outrageous!!

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

We had a great stay in Daniel’s place and would highly recommend it. It’s done with taste, everything is pretty new and kitchen was well equipped. Self check in was clear and easy. Terrace is really great! It’s spacious and has loads of seats, table. We had breakfast there every day. It’s just at the local football stadium which also has a restaurant. People from restaurant can see you in whirlpool and during our stay there was some competition with loud music until around midnight. This did not disturb us but might be good to know for other guests. Location is great in a small village with many hiking roots available right from the house. Great restaurants available within walking distance

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We were very satisfied with the accommodation, very modern and the most necessary available. The view is a dream, every detail was taken care of with love in the accommodation. Theresa responds to questions within a short time. We will be happy to come back!😊

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

There were four of us there and we felt comfortable right from the start. Even our late arrival due to traffic was no problem at all and the reception was very warm and friendly. The apartment is super nice and modern, perfectly exchanged and clean, as well as a great view of the mountains. The pools are great and we also enjoyed using the sauna. We also received excursion tips. Thank you for this great stay, happy to come back! 🤩

We were already in the Sky apartment for the third time. The apartment was very clean as always. There is a lot to do in the area and just in early May it is still very quiet everywhere. We still like the private hot tub the best. In short: For us, it was a completely successful stay again and we will certainly come again:).
