A great place to spend a few relaxing days in the mountains. The apartment is quiet, absolutely clean and cozy. Everything is really available – from the well-equipped kitchen to the loving furnishings. The communication with the host was excellent: quick, friendly, and helpful.

We stayed at the Harisch Suite in Kitzbühel. Nicola and her team were very kind and available for anything we asked. The location of the apartment is excellent, very close to the gondola, the supermarket, and restaurants. The apartment is very clean and equipped with everything needed. The place is very quiet, looks just like in the pictures, and offers great privacy. We had a great time and highly recommend it!

we have traveled as a family throughout the week and it has been a wonderful experience. The accommodation is in a unique environment, with fantastic views of the snowy mountains, small garden with a porch that we have had the great luck of having been able to take advantage of it practically every day by the magnificent sun that has accompanied us. From Manuela and her husband we can't say more than that they have been great hosts, attentive from the first moment and with fantastic recommendations. Without a doubt, a place worth visiting. Ojala we can come back soon!

We enjoyed our vacation in the very nice, new and well-kept as well as quiet apartment very much. Communication was always impeccable and very fast. There were no issues at all. We would love to vacation there again at any time. The possibility to park our car directly in front of the door in the yard was also perfect.

Very clean apartment and very close to the city center

A great place to stay. Deniz communicated clearly and always responded quickly. The apartment is in a beautiful location ideal for exploring the whole area. There is everything that you need in the apartment to make your stay easy and all the equipment and furnishings are of the highest quality. We met the hosts who were extremely friendly and welcoming. Would not hesitate to recommend kaiserfleckerl if you are looking to stay in the Tirol region.

Nice spacious and clean apartment. Equipped with all comforts in the kitchen. Excellent coffee machine. Dishwasher can be on the small side if you are with 6 people and want to eat extensively. But of course you can just let it run twice. If I have to mention one downside, it is that the driveway to the carport is a bit narrow. And a small light at the lockbox would be nice. But of course you can also light it up with your phone's flashlight.

What a fantastic property and host. We were mesmerised by the surroundings. It is a truly amazing spot. The property was comfortable and clean with all the facilities we needed. Thank you Sylvia. We really appreciated your efforts.

Enjoyed a wonderful stay together with my girlfriend for winter sports. Quickly responsive host, accommodation offers all facilities, good location near the ski lift (walking distance - 10 minutes) is also a bus stop at 200 meters. If we go to Kirchberg again in the future, we will definitely stay here again!

A beautiful place with everything your heart desires. We stayed at the “Auszeit” lodge for the first time and will definitely be back. The place is super close to the ski resorts and is located on a beautiful spacious meadow with a mountain. The view is a dream and the accommodation is fully equipped, including the living room, bathroom and bedrooms, as well as the kitchen. There is a lot of love in the details and the hostess Daniela is always available and very accommodating. Not to forget the sauna, where you can relax wonderfully after an active day, here too the view outside is worthwhile for an incredible view. We had a very nice time and can't wait to come back!

We had a wonderful stay at Alexander's place. The apartment is super cozy and furnished with a lot of love and detail. Everything is super clean and tidy. The amenities are perfect, so much has been thought of that you could use during a successful stay. Despite winter temperatures, the apartment is cozily warm. We slept wonderfully in the pine bed. We enjoyed the view of the mountains and the nearby ski slopes and will be very happy to come back! Thank you!

The place was exactly as described – clean, cozy and well equipped. The location is ideal, you can reach the Streif on foot. Peter was super nice and helpful, the contact was uncomplicated. Clear recommendation!

Elena was very welcoming and responsive. Nicely decorated apartment with everything we needed for our stay. The location is very peaceful (late May) and the village is only a five minute walk.

We loved our stay in Rosenheim! We came to visit family and Leopold’s place was the perfect place for us to stay! The balcony and big windows are beautiful and had everything we needed! Would definitely stay again!

Amazing place with great host

We had a wonderful week. The cottage run by Maikel and Britt is beautiful and very well located in a medium mountain setting (1350 m) located at the foot of the Hochkönig in a bucolic and relaxing setting. Maikel and Britt are very welcoming and friendly, always present for good advice. The cottage is very clean, spacious, well-equipped and tastefully decorated. The sauna is very useful after a good walk. The village of Mühlbarch am Hochkönig is located downstairs 5 km away in a small valley in the center of many hikes and also a family ski resort. We would recommend it.

The Chalet was exactly as the photos portrayed. It was well appointed with plenty of furniture for everyone to be comfortable as well as a nicely stocked kitchen. We did have some confusion when we arrived to find the two bunk beds had not been fitted with linens. We were six people - one couple and four singles - so we had expected to be able to use all of the beds. The solution was simple, we moved the linens from the other half of the two king beds, but we were surprised that all of the beds were not made. The only other issue was regulating the temperature in our bedroom. We kept the window open all day so that it would cool down enough for us to be comfortable sleeping, but by the middle of the night the room was quite warm again. (We could not leave the window open during the night due to street noise.) All in all, we had a very nice stay at the Chalet.

We felt comfortable in the apartment. The contact was friendly and we were helped quickly and kindly with a problem. The hot tub is great, as it is not chlorinated, it has a smell of its own, but you can counteract it with provided pool fans.

Great accommodation to simply escape everyday life! We loved it, the apartment is beautifully furnished and offers everything you need for a weekend. The contact with Christine was also great, we will come back! 😊

We had a blast. The room exceeded our expectations. The ski slopes were only short rive away with free parking available. Ski bus was also available. Amazing place to stay.

There were four of us there and we felt comfortable right from the start. Even our late arrival due to traffic was no problem at all and the reception was very warm and friendly. The apartment is super nice and modern, perfectly exchanged and clean, as well as a great view of the mountains. The pools are great and we also enjoyed using the sauna. We also received excursion tips. Thank you for this great stay, happy to come back! 🤩
