Lovely cottage only 400 meters from the beach

Cozy and well-maintained cottage within walking distance to child-friendly bathing beach close to forest and nature. The house is on one level with room for 5-6 guests and an annex with room for 2. In the bedroom there is a bed of 160x200 and in the living room a sofa bed of about the same size when it is turned out, in the other room there is a bed of 120x200 where there is room for 2 children/young people. The annex contains a bed of 140x200, it is insulated and has a radiator. Some will think that 7 adults are too many due to the size of the house.

NEWER bathroom, kitchen, wooden terrace, outdoor furniture and heat pump (all purchased in 2016-2022). Lovely area with peace and quiet. Love to take a stroll along the beach and enjoy the sound of the ocean.....super angling spot where you can go down and fish.

Lovely large garden, close to the city and a short distance to lush large plantation and one of Denmark's most delicious sand & bathing beaches. Double bed in the bedroom as well as a sofa bed (2 people) in the living room. Equipped with heat pump, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, electric radiators, etc.

The house is located on a plot that is fenced in so there is also room for a small dog (not in the furniture) and the children can not just slip out on the road.
