Our lovely cottage is located just 200 meters from the water at the end of a quiet main road. It has plenty of space for coziness and relaxation. The house has three bedrooms, a large kitchen-living room, a wide terrace that surrounds the house and a spacious garden. In Havnebyen you will find a vibrant harbor environment with, among other things, fishmonger and shopping opportunities. In addition, the nearby area is the popular bakery Tír, homemade pizzas and natural wine at Havnebyens Kaffebar and fresh vegetables as well as organic meat, etc. at Birkemosegård.

At the end of a small enclosed road, on a large natural plot in the Mols Bjerge Natural Park, this architect-designed summerhouse with plenty of space for 6 adults and 4 children. The area is one of the most beautiful things Denmark has to offer. The view seen from large glass facades throughout the house is incomparable. The beach is reached in 15 min by foot along nice nature trail. Karpenhøj Nature Center is our neighbor. Ebeltoft 20 min, Aarhus 40 min by car. The perfect place for a quiet stay for nature lovers. The whole group has easy access to everything from this centrally located home. The house is located 4 km from one of Denmark's most beautiful and best beaches in Bønnerup and coastal stretches along the Kattegat. In Bønnerup is also Denmark's best fish shop, waffle bakery, possibility of activities by the water-winter bath club oma. The house is centrally located with really good shopping opportunities in Glesborg and Grenå. There are plenty of woods, walking routes, wildlife, and high ceilings. Have a wonderful, relaxing and scenic holiday in Hemmed.

Cozy cottage by the beach.

The house has the most beautiful view of the field, and is close to Denmark's best child-friendly beach. The house has two rooms with two beds in each, as well as an alcove with two sleeping places. You must bring your own bed linen, towels, cloths, tea towels, toilet paper, hand soap, sulfo and dishes. The house must be cleaned before leaving. A photo of the switchboard is taken at the gable of the house upon arrival and departure. Price for consumption is DKK 5.5 per. KWh. It is not allowed to charge an electric car in the house.

It has 1 large terrace overlooking the sea as well as 4 smaller terraces. There's a huge patio with a covered patio and gas grill for late nights. There's also a petanque court and a trampoline for kids.

Der er desuden en udebruser med både varmt og koldt vand, hvilket giver en dejlig oplevelse. Der vil være rent sengetøj, håndklæder, viskestykker mm. Som udgangspunkt forventer vi at I selv gør huset rent efter brug og efterlader det som ved overtagelsen. Slut rengøring kan dog tilkøbes for 135 €.
