Cozy and modern 35m2 apartment in our townhouse in a perfect location, right in the old Ebeltoft. Here, most things are within walking distance-Maltfabriken, restaurants, shops, museums, supermarkets, harbor and beach. The garden is a small, lush oasis with several nooks, covered terrace, and ocean views. Enjoy a drink on the terrace and the sunset over Ebeltoft Vig. On the street can be parked for 15 minutes for loading and unloading. Free parking within 75m. Electric charging stand 100 m. Final cleaning can be purchased.

Very cozy and newer summer cottage located only 400 m - 5 min walk - to the ocean with a very children friendly beach. The nearest town is Ebeltoft which is a very famous tourist area in DK. Ebeltoft is famous for its nature/national parks and for lots of sightseeing. Aarhus - the second biggest City in DK is only 50 km away.
