Lovely new house, close to the Glen Arbor Downtown but very quite! Big veranda to relax and great fireplace to make a cozy bonfire 👍

We loved our stay at the Hoxie Homestead. The location was central to all of northern Michigan’s cute towns and beaches. The property was clean and well laid-out. Loved the decor, and the master bed was super comfy and soft. The hot tub and sauna were perfect. We would certainly stay again.

Fantastic home! We loved everything about this place. Lots of space for our family of six. House was clean, stocked with lots of amenities. Linens, towels, board games, books, kitchen supplies.. We loved the beautiful view, deck, fire pit, dock, paddle board and kayak. Would definitely recommend and would love to come back!

Beautiful home in a gorgeous location - perfect for our family getaway!

This was our second time staying at this property and we love it even more than the first time. Such a beautiful location right on the water, plenty of space, clean and walkable to downtown so we hardly used our car. Our kids loved the third floor bunk room. A great extra space. We look forward to future trips at the Innisfree Cottage!

Not even sure where to begin! We booked this for my friends low-key bachelorette party and it was the most perfect place for us to relax and unplug! Shana was an amazing host, always communicating via the app in a very timely manner. The house was pristine and SO cute! It was clean and stocked with everything you could need (paddle board, kayaks, life jackets, wood, spare tooth brushes, ample towels, kitchen items, coffee were some of our favorites). The ONLY complaint - which is to no fault of the host - is that the mosquitos were thick at all hours of the day so be mindful of that :) have already reccomended this place to many friends and hoping I can back here soon too. 10/10 recommend!

Such a beautiful place to stay. Has everything we needed. Went up for a long holiday weekend with family and was perfect to escape into nature, but also still close enough to a downtown. Would definitely recommend!!

My partner and I’s stay at Jeffrey and Holly’s suite was outstanding. The space felt incredibly homely, with cozy decor and thoughtful touches that made us feel right at home. It was spotless and well-equipped with snacks, coffee, beach amenities, you name it - and we loved using their kayaks for exploring Silver Lake. They were friendly and provided smooth check-in instructions. The price for the area far beats any hotel we could have booked considering how comfortable, clean, and private the unit was. As other reviews said, mechanical noises and footsteps can be heard, but this did not bother us at all. We loved this unit so much, we will probably check the availability for our next trip to TC. This was hands down the best AirBNB we’ve ever stayed at. Highly recommend!

Love, love, LOVE this little apartment! It was so homey and cute. Handicap accessible, which is a must for us on this trip. My SIL could easily navigate her mechanical chair through the area as it was so open. The beds ended up being too high to move my SIL in and out of, but the pull out couch was perfect height. All the beds were so comfortable- we all commented on how it was the best sleep we’ve all had in a while. Stacey was super awesome to work with and quickly responded to messages. Easy check in process. And, we could walk to the softball tournament. The only bummer is that we didn’t have enough time to walk to the art fair next door. We walked to the park, walked to get ice cream & Starbucks- great location! Strict 10pm “quiet time” was a non-issue: we were so tired every night, we went straight to bed. Great stay in Traverse City. Thank you, Stacey and Roy!

So fun for our family of 4. We enjoyed the lake and cozy accommodations. Can hear people walking and talking upstairs, which were used to and felt right at home. Thoughtful instructions made everything clear. All was spotless and clean. A real treasure!

We loved this apartment! It was clean, the bed was comfy and the decor was charming. Parking is right on site and check in was a breeze - we had no issues. We walked to downtown TC - about a 10-15 minute leisurely walk. The neighborhood is stunning - beautiful homes. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was perfect thanks to Camille! The place was everything we could’ve asked for. A nice, big kitchen to store and cook all our food, plenty of space to fit everyone, and the kids thoroughly enjoyed the pool. We will definitely look to come back and stay here whenever we are back in the Empire/Maple City/Glen Arbor area!

Our group of four loved our stay at Mary Ann's Traverse City home - spacious, comfortable and pristine. We especially enjoyed the patio to unwind after a long day sightseeing.

We enjoyed our stay for our 6 year anniversary! The condo was in a beautiful location and was perfect for the two of us. The only thing missing was shampoo and conditioner that was not included. However the store was less than 5 minutes away! We will stay again.

The location was amazing, very peaceful for it being right in downtown TC. I would go back for another stay!

We spent a week at Dylan and Suzanne's condo. We planned it as a relaxing getaway – and it really was. The weather turned out a bit cooler than expected, but that ended up being perfect since we did a few days of hiking and the rest exploring the small towns along the coast. (Highly recommend the Bayview Trail that's accessible right from The Homestead.) Each day we'd come back and hang out on the screened-in deck. Our favorite feature! Even on the rainiest day when it was in the mid-50s, we grabbed a blanket and sat out there. It's just so peaceful. You can hear the waves and the surrounding trees make you feel like you're way off the beaten path. The condo is well-appointed and comfortable. I love the artwork they have on the walls. Lots of soothing scenes. Glen Arbor is a great spot to explore and close to many other lakeshore towns. Super easy to get around. If we're in the area in the future, we'd happily book the condo again!

Being right in the commons was a fun experience. You walk out the door and restraunts, bars, shops just a short walk away. But all the while the place is very quiet and never felt like there was much around when inside. very short drive to downtown Traverse City. We were going to bring our dog and Fernando was very much accommodating for that. It was 100 degrees out and the place was nice and cool. Would definitely stay here again.
