10/10. This place was very homie. Very clean. The beach, the fire pit, and kayaks made our weekend. Dennis and Brittany we wonderful hosts and won us over on our yearly family get away trip for sure. Youre always within a 20 to 30 minute drive to outlet stores, music venues, gas stations, and restaurants. Neighborhood was very friendly and peaceful. Also loved how there is no TV in the common rooms making it easy to unplug from the world and enjoy the beauty of the area. We will definitely be back. Highly suggest this place!

Our stay at Hills Pond was wonderful. The weather was not on our side but we were able to make the best of it and had an incredible stay. The location couldn’t have been better and all of the amenities made it the perfect getaway spot. Highly recommend booking a stay at Shannon’s home!

Loved staying here! You can hear the river from the front door, it’s cozy and clean, and very comfortable! Would stay again!

Kathy’s spot was a welcome retreat tucked away from Lebanon town center. Lovely hammocks and a big backyard with lots of birds and peepers to lull you to sleep. We adored this overnight stay and were super thankful for the clear instructions and responsive host. WiFi was easy to log onto and very fast. Loved this house. Beautiful views and neighborhood. Lovely to walk the surrounding area. Rare and important, all the beds were very comfortable. Kitchen fully stocked and set up for cooking. Be aware that the kitchen is set up with seating at the center island for 4 in a row, but there is no dining table. So if you are more than 4, someone stands or sits separately in the living area for meals. Beyond that, we found everything as described and look forward to returning!

Mary's place was great. Everything was exactly as described and Mary gave very clear instructions for check in and responded quickly to text messages. It was a very enjoyable stay.

We had a great stay at Julie’s beautiful home. Her home was even nicer than the pictures. Great kitchen with everything you could possibly need. Open layout so we can all converse no matter what we were doing. Beds were comfortable. But the outside stole the show. The upper deck was spacious and had great views. The hot tub was just what we needed. Then you walk down to the dock and there is enough space for everyone to lay out. Lots of kayaks and paddle boat. Had fun exploring and fishing the lake. Perfect home for families to come together and catch up!! Oh, and the lower level was perfect with ping pong, foosball and tv for late night fun!! Would recommend to anyone wanting to be in the lake region of NH.

We had a lovely stay at the condo. It was the most comfy place to get snowed in. We received about a foot of snow the night we checked in and Seasons was very helpful to continually plow and shovel walkways. We explored the property and had fun sledding down hills with our tube. The condo is very clean and comfortable and has everything you may need. It was still decorated for the holidays which was a nice touch as well. The electric fireplaces worked great and were so pretty to look at. All of the furniture was very cozy and comfortable. The carpet throughout is great on cold days. We highly recommend a sleigh ride at Nestlenook farm if staying in the winter. Living Shores Aquarium is down the block and a great place to visit with kids. Diana’s Baths is a short drive away and beautiful to explore in the snow. Our daughter loved seeing the frozen waterfall. There are lots of restaurants nearby. We can’t wait to come back and see it during the summer months.

We loved our stay and couldn't have felt more at home. Condo has everything you need and the hosts were so kind. Plenty of space for our family of 4 but could easily fit 6. Location is ideal for families to explore all Bartlett has to offer. Highly recommend and can't wait to come back!

We stayed for a friends wedding and it was less than 10 minutes to the venue. The place was clean, easy to access and perfect for a group of us to stay!

Love the lakefront views! Sadly we stayed on a rainy holiday weekend so we weren't able to fully enjoy everything that the lake house had to offer. We also had a hiccup with the WIFI due to hardware issues with the router but luckily the technician came the next morning. Overall we had a good time.

Erik was a great host at an awesome cabin. We went through our whole stay without one question because everything was so well laid out ahead of time. Easy weekend of skiing. I would definitely book again next time we’re in the area. Thanks Erik!

The building was a little dated. The room was clean and neat. Hot water in the bathroom sink could use improvement. Again, the property is older.

Great location

The house is great, beautiful view of Loon Pond, easy to find, a bit close to the road. The inside is like living in a family home. I mean knickknacks and family heirlooms everywhere. Travel books filling bookcases, grandma's handmaid pierced lampshades; it has all the kitchen utensils anyone would ever need, great game room downstairs, lots of water craft in the garage. While our kids are in the flew the coup category, this is an ideal place for middle/high school kids during summer. Gentle shallow slope into Loon Pond, which is really a good-sized lake. Cathy is extraordinarily responsive (IMHO) our example was a brief issue on arrival, she was about to make a long drive to resolve, fortunately it wasn't necessary, fixed itself! Response time was always in minutes We brought our two border collie dogs (they are like family) and outside, needed to keep them on leash due to road proximity. Our visit was late Sept, and we wanted to mostly go hiking, so did not do any water activity.

The Tilton condo is exactly as Sharon described it!! It was very spacious and clean. We had 2 dogs with us and there was plenty of room to be very comfortable. The kitchen was very nice & had everything you could want to make meals. We both thought the bed was super comfortable and that is very important to us! Sharon was a gracious host leaving us a small treat basket & a basket full of incidentals that we might of forgot to bring! Our overall stay was wonderful, definitely recommend this condo! We are purchasing a summer place in the area and needed a place to stay while looking. We chose this place based on location and the pictures. The place was exactly as described. The hosts home is located on the property, but we never felt as if we were being watched. The house is really quaint and set back in a lovely wooded area. We were very comfortable and the place was spotless. I even commented to my husband that the shower stall was so bright and shiny. The host Elizabeth was really responsive and was kind enough to let us check in a little earlier and out a little later. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

We had the most wonderful few days at the cabin and honestly, the pictures do not do it justice! It was spotlessly clean, the beds were super comfy, we had everything we needed and it had some unique, quirky features. The location was really good, not too far where we wanted to go and you felt like you were right in the middle of nature. If you want to get away from it all this is the perfect place!

We had a great weekend at Cecile and Ralph’s lake house! The home was absolutely perfect for our group. It was beautifully maintained, spacious, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Cecile and Ralph were incredibly responsive and available for any questions throughout our stay. We’re already talking about coming back next summer! We highly recommend!
