10/10. This place was very homie. Very clean. The beach, the fire pit, and kayaks made our weekend. Dennis and Brittany we wonderful hosts and won us over on our yearly family get away trip for sure. Youre always within a 20 to 30 minute drive to outlet stores, music venues, gas stations, and restaurants. Neighborhood was very friendly and peaceful. Also loved how there is no TV in the common rooms making it easy to unplug from the world and enjoy the beauty of the area. We will definitely be back. Highly suggest this place!

Michael was a great host. He was proactive in coming over and explaining a few things almost as soon as we arrived. The place is bigger than it looks in the photos and had some amenities not noted, like the washer and dryer. My daughter and I enjoyed our time very much. We loved the cotton bedding and the animals. We did not cook but there is a well stocked kitchen with utensils, pots/pans, spices, a coffee maker, silverware, etc. It was so quiet, just what we both needed.

Patricia was a very accommodating host that checked in with us routinely and handled our last minute requests promptly. The few people we encountered on the farm were friendly and just made you feel like you belonged. Very peaceful and enjoyed drinking coffee with the cows and pigs each morning. Looking forward to our fall trip up to Gilmanton.
