Holiday rentals with beach access in Gijón

It is a wonderful apartment in an old building in Gijón. It is perfect in terms of location, close to the center and the beach. It is very comfortable and quiet. Communication has always been easy, fast and they have given us many facilities. It's a place to repeat :)

The apartment is very well equipped. Very comfortable bed, very clean despite very well located. The location with the ana was very easy and allowed us to get in a bit earlier than the time. It is true that if the next day is festive, the area in the evenings is quite noisy due to the bars below.

The apartment was definitely decorated with a lot of style, it was clean and the host was nice, attentive and kind to us. When I come back to Gijón, I will be happy to go back to the same apartment, I felt better than at my house.

Elenas apartment is amazing, located in the great place on the 11th floor and have amazing view of the ocean! Communication was awesome and we felt home. Lots of nice restaurants around the apartment and also many groceries! Highly recommended and hope to visit again soon

Really enjoyed my stay, the whole experience was so positive. From check in with Pilar, who was very kind and helped me with questions I had and recommended places I might like. The flat has a very calm atmosphere and is a pleasant retreat to return to after exploring Gijon, amazing views. Very central also so you can get everywhere quickly and the neighbourhood is interesting and lively by day. I would definitely stay again. Thank you Will and Pilar!

This apartment was in a fantastic location and we really enjoyed exploring Gijon. Parking our car was really easy and cheap - there were plenty of spaces in the road parallel to the apartment (Avenida de Portugal) in Calle De Sanz Crespo. I just downloaded the ElParking App and it was so easy to setup and extend whenever. The apartment is so comfortable and clean. The decor is excellent and stylish - I wished it was my own place. Everything you need in the kitchen was there. Gijon is a great place to spend a few days. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We spent some nice days in Laura's house. The house is situated in a quiet, rural environment. It's all as described. Gijon, beaches and attractions are easily accessible by car. We were able to park our car right next to the house. Laura was always available, very attentive (e.g. had already turned on the heating for our arrival), friendly and helpful. Thank You! Stay of 10, the house is very well located and if you are looking for a quiet place and where to enjoy the views this is the best option, you have incredible views and the place is very nice. Communication with Isabel has always been very fluid and quick as well as with her brother Ivan, both are very friendly and always attentive for what you need and that everything is going as good as possible. Highly recommended.

Spacious apartment with a good bed. Spacious bathroom and kitchen. The sofas in the living room are a little less. You are close to the beach and by car in Oviedo, Gijón and Avilés. Parking is easy on the road by the river. Antolina is very friendly, helpful and nice.

The photos and listing description and environment match perfectly. Benjamin anticipated every step to take, leaving it clear and without a doubt the entrance to the house, operating everything and even indicating places to visit, restaurants, routes, ... Your kindness and willingness for any questions or needs are unbeatable. The cleanliness of the house, belongings, linens and bath linens, phenomenal. We couldn't be happier after the time we spent at Alicia's apartment. She was lovely, always attentive. The apartment is a paradise, with dreamy surroundings. A super close and very nice beach, a super comfortable garden, the apartment itself with everything we needed and more, and super clean! It's a 10 out of 10, you couldn't ask for more. The arrival was really good, we were really well received as soon as we arrived with recommendations etc. and the same when we left, really good service. The location is just perfect, exactly what we needed. Lots of peace, lots of nature, and we're sure we'll be back. Perfect apartment for our needs, comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and tidy. Convenient parking space in the building with easy access to the internal elevator. Our kids really enjoyed the small room stocked with some games. Friendly host, always helpful and responsive. Tips for visiting the region and for meals are very useful. Luanco is a very nice and convenient coastal village as a base for exploring the region.

Accommodation as shown in the photos, equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable, central, clean and with a great location, close to restaurants, pharmacy and the beach 5 minutes away by car. It has private parking and a swimming pool, although you can park well in the area without any problems. They took care to leave us breakfast and all the necessary basics. From the first minute we felt at home, it was a real pleasure to meet Marta and Cipri, we really couldn't have been better, they are lovely people. In addition, having availability they let us leave later, which is greatly appreciated. We will definitely repeat. Thank you both so much for everything, a big hug and I hope we see each other again soon.

The stay in Sandra and Jorge's apartment has been wonderful. It's in a quiet spot and very close to everything. I felt right at home, everything was super clean and had everything you need. Sandra and Jorge are lovely! I would definitely repeat a thousand times my trip to gijon and even more if it is in your apartment.

The house is great. It is very welcoming and very clean. We didn't make any food in the house but from what we saw there were all kinds of cooking utensils. In addition to the details of Nieves! Communication was great. And the best thing about the house that terrace with a view to the river!! To see the area of Villaviciosa, Lastres, Gijón, Oviedo, etc very well located. Highly recommended house!!
