Casa molto bella e funzionale, arredamenti e complementi d'arredo molto particolari. Terrazzo e camere con affaccio sul mare, si rimane senza parole. Un ringraziamento a Lavinia che ci ha seguito per l'intero soggiorno anche se non c'è stato nessun problema, tutto perfetto. Vacanza indelebile.

La casa si trova in una ottima posizione, molto tranquilla ma anche vicinissima al centro di Porto Santo Stefano, pulizia impeccabile. Fabiana e suo marito Mauro sono stati perfetti, reattivi nel rispondere alle nostre richieste senza mai farci mancare niente (con un atteggiamento molto gentile e premuroso). ci tengo a sottolineare l'impegno che ci hanno messo per farci sentire come a casa e ad accomodare ogni tipo di richiesta, sicuramente super consigliato per chiunque volesse trascorrere una vacanza a Porto Santo Stefano

Wir waren bewusst auf der Suche nach einem ruhigen Zuhause für einige Tage Ausspannen - und wurden bei Teresa fündig! Das sehr geschmack- und liebevoll eingerichtete Häuschen ist sehr ruhig gelegen und verfügt über eine wunderbare Terrasse mit tollem Ausblick auf das Meer Richtung Festland. Schattenspender sind zwei wunderbare Olivenbäume. Alles ist sehr funktional eingerichtet, ohne übertriebenen Luxus! Der Austausch und Umgang mit der Vermieterin ist äusserst familiär. Für Urlaub zu zweit - oder auch mal alleine - können wir das Muschelhäuschen sehr empfehlen!

Ein Traumhafter Ort zum Ausspannen. Wir suchten Ruhe und Erholung und kamen voll auf unsere Kosten. Ein schönes Haus mit Meerblick und Meeranstoss. Wir bekamen rasche Hilfestellung als wir eine Schraube benötigten, die wir an einem Gerät von uns verloren hatten.

Siamo stati molto bene in questa casa, posizione stupenda e riservata, casa accogliente e provvista di tutto. Elena molto disponibile e pronta ad intervenire in caso di necessità.

Wir haben unsere Ferien sehr genossen. Die Wohnung mit Terrasse (Meerblick) war praktisch und gut eingerichtet. Die Gastgeberin hat immer sofort auf Fragen reagiert. Danke, dass wir ihre Wohnung mieten durften.

Wir wurden äusserst nett von Silva empfangen. Sie zeigte uns das Haus und wir fühlten uns gleich wie Zuhause. Die Küche bietet alles, was man braucht. Besonders gefallen hat uns der gedeckte Sitzplatz draussen mit wunderschöner Sicht ins Grüne.

Vivere qualche giorno in questa graziosa casetta vista mare è stato splendido, per gli amanti della tranquillità e del verde: fornita di tutto, pulita e ottimamente arredata, immersa nella natura da cui è possibile godere di tramonti spettacolari sul mare. Ampia disponibilità di spazi all'aperto per fare colazione, pranzi e cene, barbecue o semplicemente rilassarsi guardando il mare, un peccato non approfittare. Viola è un'host energica, amichevole e disponibile, ci ha accolti calorosamente ed è sempre stata disponibile per suggerimenti o venire incontro alle nostre richieste. Una delle migliori esperienze in assoluto su Airbnb, non posso che consigliare!

Luogo isolato tra le varie cascine nelle campagne ma stupendo a prima mattina con il panorama fantastico con colazione all’aperto ed il silenzio che lo caratterizza per giorni di puro relax 😎 consigliato ✍️

La casa veramente molto carina, ci stava tutto quello che serviva, tra cui bevande fresche in frigo, pasta, caffè, shampoo in doccia. la casa pulitissima e super ospitale, con un cortiletto veramente grazioso. Giuliano un ragazzo alla mano e simpaticissimo veramente una bella persona. Spero che ci rivedremo presto 😊

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Unterkunft liegt in einem sehr schönen Teil der Toskana. Wir haben besonders die Kombination aus Natur und Kultur sehr genossen. Schöne Strände, gutes Essen, wirklich freundliche Menschen, selbst ein Tagesausflug nach Rom war gut machbar. In der Unterkunft haben wir uns sehr schnell wohl gefühlt, auch weil Raffaele bei kleineren Problemen immer ein guter Ansprechpartner war.

Ospite che mi ha fornito indicazioni precise e in tempi brevissimi, risolvendo ogni mio problema. ristoranti vicini anche a piedi. porto santo stefano a 4 minuti in auto, orbetello a 6 km. strada un po trafficata e rumorosa, ma l'ingresso è sul retro.

Abbiamo trascorso un lungo weekend ad Alberese per goderci un po' di Maremma e di mare. L'appartamento di Marica e Davide è esattamete come si vede dalle foto: bello e accogliente, con un giardino privato che è stato molto comodo. Davide è stato disponibile e flessibile. L'appartemnto Si trova in pieno centro Alberese, facile da raggiungere. Marina di Alberese si può raggiungere in bicicletta o con una comoda navetta. Consigliato!

Would 100% recommend staying here! The place was exactly like described and even more charming in person. I was in contact with Giuliana’s son who is an amazing host! Super proactive and very present to solve the slightest issues. I absolutely loved my stay here, and will for sure be back!

Casa favolosa e vista impagabile sul Giglio. L’alloggio di Fabiola è un sogno. L’host inoltre è stato sempre disponibile e premuroso. Consiglio vivamente l’alloggio.

L’appartamento è confortevole, pulito e con tutto il necessario. Mani si è dimostrata molto disponibile e gentile; ci ha fornito il lettino per la bimba e il seggiolone. La casa è inserita in un bellissimo contesto: un piccolo borgo su un colle, con una vista stupenda delle colline attorno e dell’Argentario. In auto si raggiungono facilmente tutte le mete da visitare. La casa ha un comodo terrazzino con delle belle piante. Consigliato!

Good location close to the city. Convenient parking and public charging for EVs nearby. Also close to several beaches to explore by car or bike.

We had a most relaxing stay at Chiara’s place. Right by the water. The view was amazing from the deck. We were there off season so many restaurants were closed, but that was fine for us. Walking the quieter boardwalk and beach was what our souls needed. Would definitely recommend.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento in ordine, e tenuto molto bene, non mancava nulla . Posto tranquillo, con ottima vista. Sicuramente da consigliare.

Filippo was the best host to have. He and his family are the most kind people I interacted with throughout my entire trip to Italy. The space itself is just as it is listed, everything worked perfectly, and we enjoyed our stay. I would highly recommend staying here. Being on the top floor of the complex gives a great view of the surorunding area and it was cool and breezy with the windows open. I could not have asked for a better experience and homebase for my travels.

Wir waren 12 Tage im App. "Olivenbaumhaus" ! Wegen technischer Probleme im Tangerine Tree House hat uns Lyza das im gleichen Haus befindliche größere App. zum gleichen Preis überlassen. Das Olivenbaumhaus ist hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Lyza hat uns mit vielen Tipps (Restaurants, Strände) und Empfehlungen sehr gut geholfen. Schöne große Terrasse mit tollem Meerblick. Wir haben immer draußen gegessen und die Atmosphäre genossen. Nur die vielen Mücken stören! Sehr gute Lage. Man kommt zu Fuß schnell und einfach in die Altstadt und zum Strand. Parken war sehr gut und einfach möglich. Man kann von hier schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was Du für einen längeren Aufenthalt brauchst. Küche und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Das Bett ist sehr gut. Die Wohnung (Fenster & Türen) ist mit gutem Moskitoschutz ausgestattet. Die Klimaanlagen im Schlafzimmer und im Wohnraum/Küche sind sehr gut. Wir können die Wohnung absolut empfehlen und werden gerne wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful stay at the apartment with a balcony and a breathtaking view of the Tuscan hills. Francesca was exceptionally kind and provided us with many helpful recommendations about local attractions. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

Mein Freund und ich wurden herzlich empfangen und uns wurde alles gezeigt und erklärt. Wir durften verschiedenste Kräuter und Gemüse aus dem Hofgarten nutzen. Wir haben frische Eier bekommen und Hauseigenes Olivenöl. Wir durften auch den Wein probieren und haben direkt ein paar Flaschen gekauft. Die drei Hofhunde sind zuckersüss und wir haben Sie ins Herz geschlossen. Wir durften die Fahrräder nutzen und Edoardo hat uns den Weg zum Park gezeigt. Alles in allem ist das Agriturismo sehr empfehlenswert und wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit. Danke!
