We had a great time, Carolina was very kind and helpful, even giving us a lot of suggestions on what to visit. Bicycles are provided and the house is a 15-minute walk (5-minute bike ride) from the historic center of Castiglione. In addition, the area is very quiet and there is a car parking lot. Highly recommended!!

This was such a dream. If you want a beautiful, private place to relax and play out your medieval Italian fantasies, this is the spot. Gorgeous, walkable (though a steep hill) to the main part of town and all the delicious restaurants. And simply unbeatable views. Not to mention Rosalia is such a gem. I wish I could have stayed forever.

Accommodation very close to the sea and convenient for everything

Isolated place among the various farms in the countryside, but wonderful in the early morning with the fantastic view, with outdoor breakfast and the silence that characterizes it for days of pure relaxation. 😎 Recommended. ✍️

We had a very nice stay. The accommodation is located in a very beautiful part of Tuscany. We particularly enjoyed the combination of nature and culture. Beautiful beaches, good food, really friendly people, even a day trip to Rome was easily doable. We felt very comfortable in the accommodation very quickly, also because Raffaele was always a good contact person for smaller problems.

We had a great time, the apartment matched the description, the location in the center was excellent, all the services are practically on the doorstep, bars, restaurants... Free parking is easily located 5 minutes' walk away, friendly and responsive host, absolutely recommended ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I hate to write this review, because I would like to keep that amazing place to myself! It is the ultimate holiday destination with all you may need to relax, enjoy amazing views and experience the nature. Pictures don’t do justice to this amazing apartment with 5 terraces, beautiful interior and all comfort you may need. It’s a real place, filled with art, books, board games and with a fully equipped kitchen. I wish I could’ve stayed longer!

We had a wonderful stay. Solange was a great host, kind and provided lots of local recommendations. The apartment has a large patio perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or working. Beatrice and Andrea were very kind, welcoming and helpful people. The space they provide for guests is truly excellent: an outdoor veranda where you can enjoy a great aperitif and a tasteful indoor space to be experienced. In short, they make you feel at home. In addition, they are super helpful, giving advice on food, nightclubs, calas and villages to visit in the surroundings of Casa Oikia. Giulia and I are very pleased to have chosen this place for our visit to the Argentario!

We had a wonderful stay, fantastic view and close to the beach. Sheila was so helpful and recommended some great restaurants. all in all, an unforgettable trip. The parking was great as we brought our little car on the ferry.

Sandra was a super kind and helpful hostess... the location is convenient and a few steps from the entrance to the old village. Super panoramic veranda where you can admire the sea, the castle, nature and beautiful sunsets! Highly recommended!!

Accommodation very central and quiet location. Only 5 min walk to the beach and center. Accommodation not very large, but completely sufficient for 2 people. Apartment a little dark, as it is located in the basement. Everything very clean. Landlady Asia always responds to questions within a few minutes. We had a lovely time.

We had a great time, the apartment is well maintained and very well furnished. We were only able to take advantage of a couple of nights but we had a great time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, the village and the island are wonderful and Valentina and Gabriella were very kind and welcoming.

Small but extremely clean and functional house, with a nice outdoor space with table and umbrella for lunch or dinner outside. Leonardo is extremely helpful and kind, clear and detailed directions to the apartment and tips on places to visit on the island. There were two of us and the house was perfect for our needs. Highly recommended.

My family (dad, mom, two twins of eight months and a little dog) spent 5 fantastic days, in a pleasant family context. Luigi, Maria Grazia and Luca were welcoming and affectionate. In the morning, seasonal vegetables, fresh eggs like when you went on vacation with your grandmother. We recommend it for a period of relaxation to live in harmony.

A modern and clean apartment in perfect location just at the entrance to the old city centre of Castiglione. Lorenza was very nice and helpful. Little things like Airbnb logo at the entrance helps so much to facilitate the check-in. We cannot wait to go back again next summer.

we loved the appartement, brand new good Kitchen, rain shower and a big outside area. Camilla was very nice and gave us some tips for sightseeing and restaurants. we feeld at home immediately...
