Apartment completely renovated in 2023. Quiet accommodation and close to public transportation. By car 10 min. from Bologna International Airport, 5 minutes from the Unipol Arena and 15 min. from the station and the historic center. The nearest supermarket is 150 meters from the front door. We are a 5-minute walk from the suburban train that connects us with Bologna station in 20 minutes. The bus stop is 3 minutes away on foot and you can reach various destinations, see the TPER website

Take it easy in this apartment with a separate entrance, nestled in the Bologna hills, Valsamoggia area about 20 km from Bologna, reachable by car. The apartment is part of a late 1800s farmhouse renovated while maintaining its original structure: exposed wooden ceiling, fireplace, part of the original furniture. Available outside: gazebo with table, armchairs, grill. Surrounded by 3 hectares of owned land with a lake. Wi-Fi network available, also suitable for smart working.

A stone's throw from Monte Sole Park and nearby Rocchetta Mattei and the Corno alle Scale mountains The kitchen is complete with crockery and pans, microwave and coffee maker, with coffee, barley, chamomile and tea, some brioches, sparkling and natural water and milk.

We offer a part of our house for the summer: an open space studio of about 60 square meters, with independent entrance and covered outdoor space, 2 beds (it is possible to add a third cot). The house is located on the hills of Bologna, in a secluded place, very quiet and surrounded by greenery, about a 20 minute drive from the city. Ideal for those who want to stay close to the city, but want to spend the summer in a lovely place, in the middle of nature.

The "Locanda di Goethe" is a charming loft located in the historic center of Loiano, a small mountain village on the Futa State Road 65, the beautiful road that connects Bologna to Florence. The loft is housed in a historic building, the same one that Goethe mentioned in his "Italian Journey". The warm and enveloping style of the interiors, the exposed tub and the rocking chairs will make you live a unique and unforgettable experience.
