Our 5 apartments are located in a beautiful Wilhelminian-style house just 2 km from Leipzig city center. With a lot of love for detail, we restored the house with the whole family and tried to preserve its charm and character. Each apartment is individually designed. We'd love to welcome you here and provide you with tips on the city and its surroundings. *The city of Leipzig levies an accommodation tax of 5%, which is included in the price.

Apartment 4-6 P with pool & garden use

A large apartment for 4-6 persons in Pension "Am Alten Weinberg" (in total we have 3 large apartments for 4-6 people and 4 small apartments for 2-4 people). The apartment for 4-6 people each consists of 2 bedrooms, 1 living room with sofa bed, kitchen, shower and toilet. Our restaurant is exclusively open for seminars and celebrations, we do not have an a la carte operation. Tourist tax (€2.00/P/day) still needs to be paid on site.

City Apartment

Our City Apartments have a wonderful spacious size. You have plenty of space to enjoy your stay. Besides a separate sleeping area, you have a terrace or balcony at your disposal. The sofa can be used as a bed. Furthermore, air conditioning, a kitchenette including state-of-the-art coffee capsule machine, a private bathroom and Smart TV are available as amenities for you. Also a modern desk, is available in the apartment.

City break, or long stay? With all you need for living, these chic 22m² studios are smartly-designed, featuring natural textures and unique finishings. You’ll have a comfy 150cm x 200cm UK king-size bed, a desk for working, a kitchenette for effortless cooking and a modern bathroom. Got laundry? The communal laundry is yours to use as you please.
