The apartment is located on the 1st floor of our house. From the wrap-around balcony you have a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains. The apartment has 3 double rooms - 1 of them with an additional Sofa bed - for max. 7 pers., 3 bathrooms as well as a spacious kitchen-living room. Please note: IN ADDITION TO THE RENT, there is €100 FINAL CLEANING and that the tourist tax of Euro 2.60 per adult. (children up to the age of 15 free) must be paid directly on site in cash. COST for pets €20,- per day!

Originally a hunting lodge built in the early 20th century, this south-facing wooden chalet enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Perfect for one large or two small families, it offers beds for up to 7. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, one bathroom, balcony with mountain view and large private garden. Quiet location only 4 km to Gerlos (ski area, shops, restaurants). The skibus stop is 250 m away, hike and bike trips can be started from the door step.

A brand new chalet with 2 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchen (sleeping sofa in the living area), balcony a little terrace, wifi, TV. In the summer are unlimited lift cards for the Isskogelbahn in Gerlos and Dorfbahn in Königsleiten included!!! Plus the Berg and Bike Aktiv Program is included as well (guided hike and bike trips, Mo-Fr). The house is on the farm Wassererhof - there are cows, chickens and goats all around the house. New apartment with two bathrooms and two bedrooms. You have a spacious balcony with great views! The flat has a fully equipped kitchen and is modernly decorated. There is a sofa bed in the living room. Our house is quietly located and has a beautiful view. The ski bus stops in front of the door. The house has a ski room with ski boot dryer. Deine Unterkunft ist nur 500 m Fußweg von der Gerloser Dorfbahn (Einstieg in das Skigebiet der Zillertal Arena) und dem Ortszentrum entfernt. Du wirst das Studio lieben wegen der freundlichen und komfortablen Einrichtung mit kleiner Küchenzeile und neuem Badezimmer. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Alleinreisende. Balkon ist keiner vorhanden, du kannst aber die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten zum Sonnen und Entspannen nutzen. Das Studio liegt im Parterre neben der Eingangstür.

We stayed in Haus Bergblick for 10 days. Plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids/adolescents. All facilities are within walking distance. Beautiful surroundings and something for everyone to do in the immediate vicinity. Intermediate cleaning and replacement of the towels was fully taken care of during our stay. Highly recommend.

We stayed in the apartment with 4 adults and 3 children, both ski and non skiers. The location was ideal for everyone. The view on the village road was great, especially on New Year's Eve.

This apartment is really recommended 😊 Very large and super equipped with everything you need . Clean and very comfortable. We stayed in Gerlos for a week and felt very comfortable. The dear caretaker Eliska takes very good care of well-being. Not only did we expect nice , cozy clean apartment, but also bottle of wine, something sweet and what to nibble 😉 Thank you Eliska ! The location is ideal. Directly in the village on the street but in the evening is very quiet and you can spend time outside on the large balcony, of course also during the day. 😃 There are several restaurants nearby. I can highly recommend the Dahoum.202. Simply great and delicious ! Same restaurant von Jägerhof👌🏼. I will definitely be back and book this apartment 😃 Oh dear ... forgot to mention the great sauna! They are located in the apartment and work freely once ❣️ Thanks to Eliska, Susan and the whole team 😊 Greetings from the Saarland Barbara 🙋🏻‍♀️

A really nice apartment in a great location. Through the windows to the street, it can be a little louder at night, especially in the morning when you have the windows open. But didn't bother us as much. We had a very nice week there!

Very cozy and nice appartment. We loved our stay and would definitely stay again!
