Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

WOW! When we saw the photos of the property during the book, we wondered if reality could catch up with us sobering. But the opposite occurred: It's even nicer on site than in the photos. You can easily check into a feel-good oasis. A warm feeling of home with clean character at the same time, a perfect mix. For me personally, it was a first holiday that was supposed to have a real relaxation frame and had a big share of success in the great Casa. Fireplace set at the touch of a button, leisurely hours on the window sill overlooking the distance and the cable car, then a sauna with mountain panorama and before going to bed - by the way in a great bed - a swimming pool stay. What more could you ask for (or even a woman)? The kitchen offers all the options to take care of yourself. Our dog also felt "bully"comfortable and enjoyed the long walks that are offered around the chalets. Great!!!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

Sanni's house really great for a ski vacation. The bus station is right around the corner and you are at the Schatzbergbahn within less than 10 minutes. The house is 600 years old, you can hear that of course. It creaks at every step on the upper floor and the wooden doors are also not tight, as there are partial gaps between the boards. If you speak a little louder, you can talk to the living-dining area with the person in the bedroom about it. Nevertheless, our one-year-old child also slept very well in the house (but there was more than just wood between our room and the floor below). There was a chair for him, a baby bed and even an extra towel was provided for him. The beds for the adults are very soft, you have to like that. The kitchen is well equipped, in the dining room there are some board games and upstairs a grand piano and a bookshelf. From the veranda and the garden you have a beautiful view of the mountains.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. Particularly noteworthy is the super friendly and helpful contact with Elisabeth – we felt completely comfortable from the beginning. Clear recommendation, we'll be happy to come back!

The chalet was well furnished and in a fantastic location. The amenities are excellent and the interior is perfectly coordinated. With hot tub and sauna, the overall package is excellent! The uncomplicated check-in and check-out is very positive. Highly recommended!

The two nights following our Italian holiday brought an incredible amount of peace. An absolutely relaxed, helpful and super sweet host who was able to take care of a lot of worries and we could just enjoy ourselves, even the dog relaxed, like never before in a foreign environment :) clearly - we will come back! Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the short but relaxing break!

We spent some very nice days at the property. The place was very clean and exactly as shown in the pictures. Nicely decorated and well appointed. Perfect location to hike directly from the accommodation but also to make excursions (e.g. Königssee or Salzburg). The beautiful place is easy to reach on foot, there are shopping and refreshment options. Dennis was very friendly and communication was super easy. We can only recommend it!

What a fantastic place at Peter and Andrea's! We were 6 (4 adults and 2 babies) and a dog. We were kindly received with homemade cake and given a short tour of the grounds. The accommodation is very nice! Two spacious bedrooms, a nice kitchen and bathroom and a beautiful terrace! The grounds of the accommodation are large and beautiful, we could even pick oregano, chives and thyme for dinner! Peter makes his own berry vodka, vinegar and jam and we got some to try. The area is also beautiful: many hiking opportunities, nice huts with beautiful views and wonderfully quiet. We greatly appreciate the hospitality of Peter and Andrea! They are incredibly nice, hospitable and helpful. We'd love to come back!

Stay and place was great with a character. Only downside is due to no direct access to wellness facilities and no changing rooms, it makes great sauna and wirpool experience at some point not practical due to outdoor location and no comunal access from Genesis apartment. Thank you Host.

We have as a complete family (8 adults, 4 children) went on vacation together. The house is spacious, has a great location, is very well equipped and relaxing to live in even on rainy days.

We really enjoyed our stay at Nicole's, especially the fantastic location! The house is beautiful and exceptional. Ideal for ski holidays. Middle station within walking distance. We will be happy to come back.

Such an amazingly beautiful farmhouse in a gorgeous area of Tirol. We stayed here, teo families with small kids. Josef was super communicative and easy-going, always looking out for us. The kids had a great time simply “being kids”. Would love to come back again.

We had a great time with the whole family and our dog! The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The location of the property is great with a wide view of the valley and surrounding mountains. A real feel-good place!

The stay experience was amazing. The host were friendly and very very helpful. If we had no further plans, we would have loved to extended our stay. The house was clean, proper with all required utilities with hot water, utensils, toileteries all upto the mark. Most comfortable stay. Along with the house, the view was just prestine. Ulrike is one of the greatest hosts I have ever met She is kind, caring and always available. During our stay, our baby faced some health issues. Ulrike helped us out a lot in finding a doctor in the area, even called for us to book an appointment. She has been nothing but great during the whole stay Also, her partner made us feel special as he asked without meeting each other how the baby was going - showing how much they care about the people staying at their place The surroundings are great. We enjoyed our stay very much. The setting is very pleasant, between mountains and farm animals. Andreas is super responsive, offers very good homemade products and is available on a daily basis. The accommodation was very clean, functional and very pleasant as well. We highly recommend staying there!

Our stay was simply wonderful! Every expectation that we had was exceeded. The property was spacious and beautiful. The 360 degree views from the balcony were stunning!!! The location was perfect and provided a short walk to restaurants, grocery shopping as well as the train station. Finally, our host, Sezai made our stay worry free from booking to checkout. The place is beautiful, small but very cozy, and being welcomed with a cracking fire in the gorgeous fireplace was just amazing! My dogs loved the snow and the beautiful walks ⛄️
