Take your time for yourself and your family will make your vacation at the most beautiful time of the year. We are not connected to a large ski resort. There are no entertainment parks, as on many peaks of our mountains and apreski. We do not have a Playstation but we have the forest as probably the largest, most versatile and creative playground there is for young to old behind the house.

Jagdhaus Felix, charming place with mountain view

Originally a hunting lodge built in the early 20th century, this south-facing wooden chalet enjoys beautiful views of the surrounding mountains. Perfect for one large or two small families, it offers beds for up to 7. There are 3 bedrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, one bathroom, balcony with mountain view and large private garden. Quiet location only 4 km to Gerlos (ski area, shops, restaurants). The skibus stop is 250 m away, hike and bike trips can be started from the door step.

Chalet Wassererhof/2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms

A brand new chalet with 2 double rooms, 3 bathrooms, living room with kitchen (sleeping sofa in the living area), balcony a little terrace, wifi, TV. In the summer are unlimited lift cards for the Isskogelbahn in Gerlos and Dorfbahn in Königsleiten included!!! Plus the Berg and Bike Aktiv Program is included as well (guided hike and bike trips, Mo-Fr). The house is on the farm Wassererhof - there are cows, chickens and goats all around the house. Studio for Two

Deine Unterkunft ist nur 500 m Fußweg von der Gerloser Dorfbahn (Einstieg in das Skigebiet der Zillertal Arena) und dem Ortszentrum entfernt. Du wirst das Studio lieben wegen der freundlichen und komfortablen Einrichtung mit kleiner Küchenzeile und neuem Badezimmer. Meine Unterkunft ist gut für Paare und Alleinreisende. Balkon ist keiner vorhanden, du kannst aber die Sitzgelegenheiten im Garten zum Sonnen und Entspannen nutzen. Das Studio liegt im Parterre neben der Eingangstür.

Cozy apartment centrally located in Krimml

Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.
