Let the tranquility sink in this newly renovated cottage with room for 6 guests in 3 bedrooms. The house is charming and cozy, but has everything in modern luxury and wood-burning stove. It is located on a large nature plot with Denmark's best beach just 30 meters away. Fall asleep to the sound of the ocean and soak up the sun on the many wooden terraces or in the hammock. It is possible to rent a sauna tent with a wood-burning stove, which can be set up in the garden. Note: Guests are asked to bring bed linen, towels, etc. And electricity is charged upon departure.

Charming house close to the beach

Cottage with room for the whole family. The house is located just 300 meters from one of Denmark's best beaches. The house offers trampoline and ball games in the garden or board games and coziness in front of the TV or wood-burning stove. If it's good weather, the large wooden terrace can be enjoyed for sunbathing or a glass of rose in the lounge furniture. There is also a covered terrace so you can eat out even if the weather is not good. Take a holiday in quiet and scenic surroundings where deer often come by in the garden in the morning or evening.

The beautiful Faxe bay and Noret just outside the house set the framework for an absolutely wonderful place. The house was named winner of the program Denmark's most beautiful Summerhouse at DR1 (2014). The well appointed 50 m2, with up to 4 meters to the ceiling, is perfect for a couple - but is also ideal for the family with 2-3 children. Year-round, you can bathe in the “Svenskerhull” ml. Roneklint and the small nice island of Maderne, owned by Nysø Castle. 10 km from Præstø. In addition, the landscape is made for beautiful walks – and bike rides.

Beautiful little house near the sea

Enjoy the light and nature in this unique and tranquil home, located a little walk from the coast. Soul and charm, peace and quiet. The house is small (75 m2 and slanted walls), but it has everything. Located peacefully, by a disused railway. Easy to get to and close to ferry, Gedser city with restaurants and Denmark's southernmost point, and c's 3 km from the best beaches at goat village. Perfect for cycling tourism. Art on the walls and casual decor. Two floors, sleeps 3 upstairs and sofa bed down. Sea view from the 1st floor.

Cozy newly renovated summerhouse with sleeping annex

Relax in this small cozy newly renovated summerhouse with large separate sleeping annex in quiet surroundings by Gedesby beach. The house contains bathroom and kitchen-dining room with wifi and screen for streaming TV. The sleeping annex contains a double bed, 2 single beds and 1 sofa bed. In the fenced private garden there is a trampoline, swing, sandbox and lookout tower for older children. The house is within walking distance to great beach, forest and barbecue bar. 5 km to shopping in Gedser and 10 km to Marienlyst.

Charming blue cottage close to lovely beach

Valhøjhuset is a lovely little holiday home, located at the end of a long driveway on a peaceful plot naturally bordered by trees and bushes, and only 500 meters from the wide and child-friendly sandy beach. There is a bedroom with a large double bed (180 cm wide), and another sofa bed for 1-2 people in the kitchen / living room (can be made to 140 cm). Enjoy the long walks on the beach, and not least the small private house with a screened, covered terrace with soft sofa, barbecue, sun loungers and dining area.

Huset er indrettet med stor stue/alrum med køkken, 3 værelser, 3 hemse med plads til 2 i hver og 2 badeværelser. Direkte adgang til en stor, dejlig terrasse med magelige havemøbler. Til huset hører en udesauna. Huset er gjort klar til at byde velkommen med opredte senge, håndklæder, hvis man er der minimum 4 overnatninger. Ingen musik til gene for naboerne.

This cozy cottage is located quietly and scenically in Denmark's southernmost cottage area. The cottage is equipped with an energy-saving heat pump and on a cool evening you can light up the stove. The well-equipped kitchen has a refrigerator with a freezer, a convection oven with four ceramic hobs, a microwave, a coffee machine + Nespresso machine, a toaster and a dishwasher. The TV in the living room is a smart TV with Netflix and Amazon Prime access. (Please use your own access)

We've spent a lot of time renovating our small wooden house with uncycled building materials, decorated it with heirlooms and flea finds, and are now ready to have guests over. The house is located in our orchard, close to nature, forest, good beaches, medieval towns, Fuglsang Art Museum and far from noise - with the exception of our quail and free-range silk hens, which may well go out from time to time. The house is 24 sqm and also has a loft with enough beds for four people.

Lovely townhouse in walking distance to the city center

We had a lovely stay in Gedser. We particularly enjoyed the fact that you can find a sunny seating area around the house at any time of day. And also inside, with the living room, the conservatory and the beautiful window seating area, there are various ways to relax. The location is quiet and walking distance to the ferry and the supermarket in Gedser, which was very convenient for us who arrived without a car. To our surprise, there were even bicycles and a tandem available for use. All the sights of Südfalster such as the southernmost point of Denmark, the eastern and western steep coasts, the sailing ship port and the Bøtø forest are hiking or easily accessible by bike. Brian was easy to reach and was able to help us well, as we didn't get along so well initially with the hot water setting. We will be happy to come back!

We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at Annette's place. We are a family of 6 and there was plenty of space with a lovely big garden. Within walking distance of beautiful (almost empty) beaches and a short drive from cafes, shops, supermarkets etc. There is plenty to do nearby. The weather was very sunny too whilst we were there. The house is comfortable, clean and cosy. Thanks Annette!

As a family with three children, we were very happy to spend a few days in the beautiful house of Jesper and Terese. The hosts were super friendly and had already given us detailed information in advance. The surroundings were very nice, close to nature and child friendly. We were also able to get to know a few interesting sides of the contemporary history of Lolland and Falster. Overall, we would definitely recommend staying with Jesper and Terese, especially since the value for money is excellent!

Sven's house is particularly suitable for a quiet family getaway. We were there with two families and had plenty of space. In the very well equipped and large kitchen you have fun cooking, at the large table in the living room everyone finds space without problems and the sauna rounds off the entire stay. Smart Home can even control music, sauna, light and other things. And even three deer strayed into the garden on the last day. All in all, really extremely hyggelig :)
