Our house is in the heart of a traditional Spanish village, where the locals are friendly and endearing. There are many amenities on the doorstep including 2 supermarkets, petrol & repairs, bars, restaurants, newsagent, pharmacy, dentist, optician, doctor, hairdressers, barber, beauty salon, post office and the traditional church square where many fiestas and celebrations are enjoyed by the locals and holidaymakers alike. Just 20 mins from the coast, 30 from the airport and 40 from Murcia city.

Fabuloso estudio!

Precioso estudio en un oasis de tranquilidad pero muy próximo al centro de la ciudad, a siete minutos en coche. Aquí podrás estudiar, trabajar o desconectar, según desees. Es un estudio independiente, totalmente equipado situado en la primera planta de una casa unifamiliar. No tiene ascensor. La cama es de 150x200cm. Dispone de un sofá con chaisselongue y smart tv. Tiene una pequeña cocina con todo lo necesario para el día a día, un amplio cuarto de baño y un vestidor.

West Frontline Villa El Valle Golf - private pool

We had an amazing stay at the villa, our second visit to El Valle but first time in Paul and Melissas villa. Everything was as described and we really felt at home which was great having two young children. We were able to find everything we needed and everything was catered for when it came to amenities both in the property and surrounding area. The villa was clean and inviting and the bedrooms were lovely. The air con worked great and all appliances worked as they should. This was genuinely a home from home. The pool was beautiful and clean, and was the perfect temperature for this time of year. El Valle is perfect and we will definitely be returning next year, and if Paul and Melissas villa is available we wouldn't hesitate to ask to stay again. We had an amazing holiday!

We had a wonderful time. Everything was so well planned that things just fell into place. We contacted each other regularly before and during our visit. Ilona’s folder was so informative and so helpful. The views from the Penthouse apartment are stunning. It was so easy with the pool, restaurant and Spar supermarket all close by and Sucina only 5 minutes away with so much to offer. We’ll look back and enjoy our fantastic holiday.

Logement très agréable et fonctionnel,des attentions prévues à notre arrivée: boissons, glaçons, café et tout produits d entretien des sacs poubelle à la lessive. (Peut être laissé par d autres locataires, mais laisser à l usage du locataire suivant, merci) ce qui facilite l installation . A peine arrivé vous pouvez partir à la découverte de la région 20/25 min en voiture et vous êtes déjà dans une zone plus animée et avec plage et commerces. Idéal pour découvrir une zone allant de la Manga 50 min (incontournable) à Torrevieja 40min beaucoup plus animé. Si votre envie est de découvrir la région en restant au calme,pouvoir profiter et vous relaxer dans une résidence parfaitement entretenue et équipée, vous êtes à la bonne adresse. Félicitations à Hans et l équipe Casa verde

We have stayed on UGR before, so we knew what to expect but the apartment was exactly as listed and clean. This apartment does not have cool air conditioning but there are fans. Noemi was always quick to respond to any questions before our visit and we no reason to contact her during our stay as everything was made very clear. Great host!
