Holiday rentals with a kayak in Garrett County

We enjoyed our stay at the Rustic Retreat. It was a very peaceful, relaxing and enjoyable experience. It was a great three nights for our winter getaway. We would like to return to stay in the summer and enjoy this place again. Definitely recommend this place.

Great host everything was just like in the pictures

We had a wonderful stay! The place was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. The location was peaceful, just like we wanted. Our host was super responsive and thoughtful. The kids enjoyed the outdoors with the lake.We would definitely come back and highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable getaway!

This place felt like we stayed at a Better Homes & Garden magazine spread. It has a nostalgic feeling of lake cottages from my childhood- the smallest details that hosts thought of- from a cute game down by the lake, to an umbrella on hand, the kitchen utensils, we enjoyed a relaxing weekend that we did not have to leave. This is not your normal mish mash of old attic furniture and cast offs that a lot of Airbnb's have. I can't say enough of how much we enjoyed it and didn't feel like we needed to leave. On a side note- hot tub was like new & heating worked really well- hate when those are advertised and they don't work.

This house was perfect for us. We were looking for something quiet and peaceful. Being surrounded by woods definitely helped that. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and games. The beds we used were all very comfortable. The only thing I would change is to get rid of the glass doors to the master bathroom, or put curtains on them. It was a little odd showering for a potential audience.

Absolutely loved our stay at the A-frame cabin at Deep Creek! The space is even more spacious and beautiful in person. It perfectly blends cozy cabin vibes with modern touches. The view is absolutely breathtaking. Whether you’re sipping coffee in the morning or watching the sunset, it’s impossible not to feel relaxed and inspired. The cabin is full of thoughtful little details that really make you feel cared for. From the decor to the layout to the small touches you discover throughout the space, it’s clear a lot of love and intention went into designing this retreat. One thing to note: the driveway up to the cabin is pretty steep, so just be prepared for that, especially in icy or rainy weather. But once you’re up there, it’s totally worth it. A perfect getaway that we’re already dreaming of returning to.

We had a fabulous week at the mad men house. There were plenty of places to get some personal quiet time and the sleeping arrangements were perfect for our group. Stay here again if we return to deep Creek Lake.

We had the best stay in this cabin! They did not credit themselves enough for everything that was available for use! We were not familiar with the area and were pleasantly surprised that there was a security gate to enter the neighborhood and amenities, activities, indoor swimming and a lounge as a part of the rental as well! This was the perfect place for our family to visit and a great location to travel to other areas around as well! Thank you so much!

Great AirBnb near Deep Creek & Wisp! AirBnb itself was excellent. Macy was easy to communicate with and made check-in/out easy! Only caution is that the roads in the community weren’t in the best shape due to snow. Not the AirBnB’s fault, but would recommend a 4-wheel drive vehicle with some ground clearance. They did plow the day we left.

Stayed at the Country Acres Retreat for an extended weekend trip with some old college friends for our annual golf trip, it was an incredible stay! The pictures don’t do the cabin enough justice and there was so much to do onsite without ever needing to leave the property. Ken was extremely responsive with all of our questions leading up to the trip. 10/10 for the amenities, spacious layout, private pond out back for kayaking/fishing, and being so close to the heart of DCL, yet having a secluded feel.

My family had a SPECTACULAR time at this very beautiful cabin. It was so well decorated, and CLEAN, we felt so comfortable there. The host labels all of the light switches and drawers/cabinets, which was so helpful! They also had ziplock bags, coffee, and cooking supplies for use! So thoughtful! Before we left, my husband and I started planning when we can come back! There is so much to do in the area (especially with 3 kids) and we would just love to stay in this cabin again!!

We had a great weekend getaway here! The home was perfect for our family of four and our dog. The location is convenient to wisp and restaurants. We loved being right on the water with a dock. The home was very cozy and clean. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to make meals in. Perfect in every way!
