A warm mental and seamless welcome. Host did not speak English, used translator fluently. Messaging with the host went smoothly. Flexible check out. The cost of heating/air conditioning is charged separately, with reasonable use, the price remained reasonable for a 9-day stay. Strong recommendation if you need a more peaceful environment and accommodation, a little further away from the “tourist trap.” Special mention of the apartment that the small village is clean and tidy. Our days at Lake Garda with Chiara were super nice! Everything was as described and even better. The large pool, the great facility and the view are a highlight. The enclosed parking lot with automatic gate is also great. The small promenade of Cisano can be reached in just under 10 minutes on foot and Lazise as well as Bardolino itself can be reached after approx. 30 minutes with a nice walk directly on the lake. We'd come back any time! :) Brief, from our point of view, helpful info: Access to the lake is somewhat difficult due to the large campsite. Here you should pay particular attention to leaving the lake at the promenade of Cisano if you want to return directly to the apartment from Bardolino. Otherwise, due to the large number of fenced properties directly on the lake, you walk until shortly before Lazise to reload the lake path.

We had a lovely stay at Gian Carlo’s and would recommend it to anyone. Amazing location, right across the street from the lake, close to the bus stop and some great restaurants. The house was clean, comfortable and we had everything we needed.

We had booked the place for 3 nights. Everything in the apartment was sparkling clean, the reception was friendly. Maria Luisa's husband lovingly takes care of the garden, you can sit on the terrace in the evening without disturbing insects. Everything is being done to achieve this. The double bed in the separate bedroom is very comfortable. The kitchen is equipped with all necessary utensils. The shower is great and you can use the washing machine for free. Since the way to the accommodation is above Gargagno, the drive by car is a bit steep, but not a problem. It is so nice and quiet in this corner of the lake, the place is also not so crowded. At night, the motion detectors could disturb light-sensitive people, as lights are installed around the house. Last but not least, we were not only given homemade treats, but when our car battery went on strike, the host helped us immediately. Thank you again! We can definitely recommend Maria Luisa's accommodation.

The apartment is as pictured, shared terrace. Great exterior or our little one could frolic. Ideal location to radiate around the Lac de Garde , to visit all the small villages. Luka is very responsive and friendly and accommodating.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely apartment for two nights and highly recommend it! Ireen welcomed us with beautiful energy and genuine laughter. She gave us an introduction to the apartment, which is perfectly located. Garda Lake is vast, and we weren’t sure where to stay, but we were so happy with our choice in the end. In the morning, you can relax on the small balcony and enjoy the first rays of sunlight and a beautiful Italian view. A refreshing swim is just a few minutes away, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby to explore. After a day out, you can return to shower (just note that water pressure can be an issue in the area), then head down the stairs to catch a breathtaking sunset and treat yourself to gelato by the lake. Elisa was also incredibly responsive and caring throughout our stay, and her collection of books is a lovely touch. Overall, a very pleasant experience!

We spent 10 wonderful days in the house. The location is great - very quiet, with a short walk from the shore of Lake Garda. The garden is ideal for dog owners - completely fenced and safe for romping around. We will definitely come back and would like to thank Mauro again for the great hospitality. It's my second time at Enrico's appartment. It was great as always. in winter it's warm and nice. you even don't need to use AC. Always clean and well organized, you have everything you need in appartment. If you have any questions, Enrico gives you solutions extremely fast. Highly recommended

Matteo and Cristina's house was a pleasant discovery, it is very nice, spacious, clean and has a great view. The hot tub is the cherry on top to enjoy this quiet area in total relaxation and silence. Communication with the hosts was impeccable and the directions they provided were very useful, the cleanliness of the house was equally commendable. They were kind enough to also leave us various snacks and food to enjoy, which saved us the evening since being out of season all the restaurants within km were closed and we discovered it at the moment 🙈 5 stars deservedly so!

You feel good in this home close to access to Lake Garda. There is nothing missing and the apartment is very pleasant with a large well-appointed living space. We enjoyed the visit to the surrounding villages thanks to the bikes available.

A great host, who goes out of her way to make sure you have a pleasant stay. Even cool drinks were available to welcome you. The air conditioners work perfectly and the entire house was sparkling clean. Will certainly come back to enjoy the warmth and surroundings 😊

Great place in a great location to explore Verona

We were very happy with our stay! The location is simply great - central and yet quiet. The roof terrace is an absolute highlight - huge and with a great view. Paolo was incredibly helpful and always available. Thank you!

We had a lovely stay! It was a very convenient location, less than a 10 minute drive into town but plenty of restaurants around the area too! Beautiful vineyards all around! The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful! The neighbors are very nice! Spacious apartment! Thank you so much!

Miriam was such a great host. Super friendly, the day we arrived she told us about the places to visit show us some leaflets and maps of the area, was such a wonderful experience!! She was kind and caring all throughout our holiday, checking if we had good days out and wishing us a great day!! 100% recommend her place!! Perfect location to visit all the lake and is situated in a beautiful quiet location. There are restaurants, shops and supermarkets 5min away by car. 15/20min walk down to the beach and about 5min drive. Perfect to go for a swim at end of day after visiting other areas around the lake!! We will definitely come back 😊!!

Very clean accommodation, equipped with everything you need. Perfect for two people, it moves very well. The bathroom is a bit small but very functional, and it also has a washing machine and a hair dryer. Very large and comfortable bedroom, however you can feel the humidity, which you get used to.
