The stay justifies it's name, it's cozy, calm and very peaceful. Great host - awesome hospitality, clear communication and always helpful. all the amenities matches the description. The locality of the appartment is awesome, we stayed for 6 days and it was very much home. Ample supermarkets and restaurants are surrounding the area. Highly recommended place for group of friends, couples and family. Thank you Maison for making our stay super comfortable.

Its a flat at 7th floor overlooking the sea. Views at both night and day from balcony is awesome. There is no kitchen but utensils, plates and refrigerator were provided. The staff was really friendly and communicated properly.

The room was great and the amenities were also on point. The only back slash is there is no market around to eat anything and no beaches around (just few bad ones). Otherwise the host was great and on point and he also helped us in early checkin.

Very happy with our stay. We were a family of 4 - having our own kitchen, 2 bathrooms and pool were perfect for our needs. Nice and clean. Thanks for arranging the cab to collect us from the airport. Miliana and the property manager were responsive. Happy to return. Apartment is only 5-10 min walk to the beach with plenty of beach shacks. Friendly locals in this nice quiet village. Thanks for our lovely stay.

Meherangez is a wonderful host. She had shared all the relevant details well in advance ... how to get there, care takers details, who to contact for local transport, which are the nice places & restaurants to go to etc. We had a wonderful stay. Felt right at home. The house is well appointed, neat & clean. It has very peaceful surroundings which is exactly what me & my wife were looking for. We will surely recommend to our friends

I had a wonderful stay at Nikita's Residency in Dabolim, Goa. The place exceeded my expectations in every way. The ambience was peaceful and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to unwind. it's good property and service but need to improve service part. If we need anything there is no one to call for and no direct contact point for service like housekeeping etc. room was very ventilated property with fridge, utensils, induction etc.

It's a perfect homestay for a family who is looking for peaceful and quite time with serene beaches just a few miles away. And special mention to the host Nilima Keni who showed genuine concern of our well being while we were there. Even suggested few hidden gem of places which we would have never figured on our own. And on the last day she suprised us with a beautiful souvenir in the apartment. I will definitely recommend it whoever is planning to visit South Goa

She was incredibly understanding, always ready to help, and super clear with her instructions (which, trust me, makes a world of difference when you're tired and figuring out things in a new place). But what truly stood out was how she went above and beyond — at every step. There were moments when she could’ve just done the basics and we’d still have been satisfied, but she chose to go the extra mile every single time. The sweetest part? She even sent her mom to check in on us — just to make sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. ❤️ If there’s a “best host” title, I’d say give it to her already. She didn’t just make our stay smooth — she made it memorable.

This is a gem of a find in the hustle and bustle of Benaulim..the apartment is in a clean and quiet complex. The apartment itself is well equipped and is as described. The terrace provides a fresh and cool environment to sit to have a morning coffee or an evening aperetif. The outlook is one of the best ones as the apartment overlooks the pool.Anand was super responsive, very helpful and resolved a couple of small issues very promptly. He was very flexible and communicated clearly and promptly. This apartment is one of the nicest ones that you will find. The apartment is cleaned regularly and the maid was friendly and helpful..We came to Goa on business and this was the perfect apartment to use as a base. it would have been equally suitable for a holiday too as it's so close to all amenities,the beach, restaurants, bars and shops. If you stay here definitely try the German bakery situated to the left of the apartment The sourdough bread is amazing. Also go for cocktails at BENO👍

The Stay is just Amazing would definitely prefer to stay at Dev's place whenever I visit. Also would definitely recommend to friends and family. If any issues Dev is just a call away he will definitely solve our problems. Overall Great experience at his Place.

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

If you are looking for a quiet and peaceful stay, this is it. Right on the edge of the coastline, the drive to the property is beautiful. The property is built thinking every little comfort in mind.

Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.

Our experience surpassed our expectations. The apartment is well-furnished with quality fixtures, appliances and home furnishings. Loved the peace and quiet on the property. The location is truly pet-friendly with enough space to walk your dog. Our pet was extremely happy, and settled in immediately. Recommended for small families that want a peaceful getaway in clean, pristine condition. The giant Mario Miranda mural outside, adds a lovely touch to the property. The beach is not too far away, and we also discovered Robin's Ark, a pet-friendly restaurant, nearby. Vick is a gracious, proactive host, and has furnished the space with generosity and a great aesthetic sense.
