It’s good to transferring guest. Easy to travel in the other city(Jeju Island, Busan etc.). Because the domestic airport and Seoul Station(KTX/Korea Train eXpress) is easy to get. And there are mega shopping center(Lotte mall), traditional market and park around the guest house. You can easily reach every sites in Seoul from my house. And through the large window you can feel real local landscape of Seoul.

Staying at Mr. Soon's was pleasant. The host is very warm and actively communicated. The accommodation is located near metro no. 1 and other bus connections. There are amazing local restaurants / cafes or food stalls nearby. There is a beautiful view of the main intersection from the window. Photos correspond to reality. It is a quiet neighborhood, from which it is possible to get anywhere within a 35-minute drive. We had a great stay! We highly recommend it! Thank you! ✨

Wasn't informed about the central air-conditioning time in advance, it was very stuffy for the first 3 days of my stay and only found out that there was a time slot available after asking 2. The water pressure is small, if you flush the toilet or boiling water faucet or even the kitchen faucet, it will affect the shower head of the bathroom and the sudden increase in water temperature 3. This apartment was super close to Gimpo airport, easy to find, and matched the description perfectly. Jeong-Min’s instructions were also super clear. It is a little off Mangridan-gil, so it is quiet. There are many convenient facilities such as supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants, and it is close to Mangwon Market. It's close to Mangwon Hangang Park, so it's great for a walk. The accommodation is exactly as pictured, and the balcony and dining area are beautiful. It was a little far from the subway station, but the bus stop was close, so there was no great inconvenience in getting around. There is a water purifier, so you don't have to buy water separately, and there is no coffee and tea. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided, but you must bring a toothbrush, toothpaste, and razor. The big room is a little hot compared to the small room. Maybe that's why you only put a small fan in the big room. And it was nice to have a washing machine so I could do simple laundry.

Annie was very responsive to my clarifications. I lost my way trying to find the way out from the subway but Annie was super helpful in assisting me. She asked for my well-being during the stay, ensuring that I felt at home. She also sent reminders occasionally about the rules and regulations. Location is very convenient to a subway which has 2 Metro Lines (2 & 3), plenty of food places, a few convenience stores, supermarket, Olive Young, Daiso and Hangang river! D 10/10 would pick this place again if I am visiting Seoul in the future. Definitely recommend this! Thanks a lot once again Annie!❤️

This apartment felt so homey and cozy! The amenities were complete and high quality—I especially loved the body care products, I’ll be hunting them down all over Korea! The neighborhood is peaceful and very local, not a tourist area, which I loved. I had dinner nearby every night, and the aunties and uncles selling food were so kind and friendly. It truly felt like coming home. Even though I don’t speak Korean, the people around were always helpful and warm. Special thanks to May, the sweetest and most helpful host ever! I arrived late at night, and she still waited for me and replied super fast to every question I had. She’s a super duper host for sure! The location is also very convenient—only 2 minutes’ walk to subway and bus stops. Everything was easy and accessible. I’m so sad to leave, but I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend this place if you want a real, heartwarming experience in Korea! ❤️❤️❤️

Amanda’s place was really clean (spacious too considering it’s a studio) and the location is super ideal. It’s quite central and close to the subway which made it convenient to get around the city. There are lots of food options nearby as well as one of the best malls which is literally a 5min walk away. Highly recommend!

The place is beautiful and spotless, with a Costco right across the street, coffee shops, convenience stores and lots of nice pubs and restaurants either across the street or just walking around the block- there is no shortage of things to do. Need to get into Seoul, Baeksoek station is right by Bella Citta which is only a 3-4 minute walk and is loaded with European styled cafes, shopping and eateries- next door- a Lotte Mart! In between Incheon and Seoul, this is a great spot to call home away from the madness of Seoul. If you rented a car, this is where you need to book as parking is free! Stop looking, just book it! We will be back soon!!!

The location of the accommodation is very convenient, there is a convenience store downstairs, Olive Young, a pharmacy, and the airport is on the subway, you can take the subway directly. The owner James gave me an early check-in after knowing that I arrived in Korea on a red-eye flight, and replied quickly. The room is large and well-equipped. Highly recommended.

I visited while looking for a twin bed, but the parking was convenient and the facilities were new, so it was so nice!!! The interior was neat and basically almost everything was equipped, so it was nice. I think I'll visit again next time I come to Incheon.
