Our house is 10 minutes by taxi to Gimpo Airport It is located a 5-minute walk from Jeungmi Station on Line 9, so you can easily go anywhere in Seoul. My guest house is located 5 minutes from Subway Line No.9 Jeungmi station, it is very easy to trip every Seoul City. (It is convenient to live in Yeouido, Sinchon, Hapjeong-dong, E-Mart, Homeplus, and movie theaters..) The advantage of our house is that it is well lit. There is an independent kitchen, so you don't have to worry about the surroundings. You feel comfortable, because the house is lighted by windows and separated kitchen. Our property is suitable for couples, solo travellers, and business travelers. My guest house is suitable for couples, flashpackers and business travelers. Be My Guest!!!

It’s good to transferring guest. Easy to travel in the other city(Jeju Island, Busan etc.). Because the domestic airport and Seoul Station(KTX/Korea Train eXpress) is easy to get. Ethan was helpful and responsive. During our stay, we needed his help with parking, check-in and with directions, and Ethan was always available via Airbnb message board and answered our questions within 10 minutes. The place matched his descriptions and it was very clean :)

I came to visit a patient nearby on June 20-21, and unexpectedly, I searched for a place to stay with a friend. It was my first experience staying at an Airbnb in Korea, but I was surprised that it was much more homely and pleasant than I thought at a low price. In particular, it rained a lot on the day we used it, but the Samsung washing machine and dryer were in the bathroom! So I washed and dried my socks and wet jeans right away, but it was better than home. Overall, it was neat and I was surprised by the emotional interior and the three rooms. Traditional market near rainy day (quite large! 5-10 minutes on foot) I bought tteokbokki and konggakru gbaegi from the restaurant right next to the house, and I ate them while watching a variety show, and I wasn't jealous of anything. It's a short walk from the nearby Line 5 station, and it's near Kimpo Airport, so it's also good for travelers traveling by plane. It was so convenient to have a 7-Eleven convenience store on the first floor, and for me and my friend, who are bread lovers, there was a kkwaebaeji restaurant right next door and a bakery across the street, so it was really great! The host was very kind, and the explanation was very accurate and detailed, so there was no need to ask twice. It was an opportunity to realize that the cost of Airbnb is okay for domestic travel. I recommend it!!!

It's the best accommodation I've ever stayed in.. Even though it's in the direction of the road, the neighborhood is quiet, so even if you leave the windows open at night, it's not noisy at all. It's soundproofed and the building is clean. There was everything I needed around the accommodation, and I liked that even the subway was right in front of the building, so I thought I wanted to live there. I can see that you cared about the accommodation. The bed was comfortable, and there was a small table, so it was very comfortable to eat or work. I think I'll use it again next time if I get a chance!

A hope and a skip to Line 9, CU and a small eatery downstairs. Space was relaxing and open which was so lovely to come back to after a jam packed day of sightseeing. So well worth to stay, will come back again!

I came to hang out with a friend, but the accommodation had just what I needed, so it was neat and nice!! It's a semi-basement, but it doesn't feel like a semi-basement at all, and there's a convenience store nearby, so it was convenient! What a great kindness and quick reply☺️
