A place with all kinds of positive details. Very close to the Sea with a lot of comfort and cleanliness. Even at night you hear the waves from the ocean when sleeping. Very comfortable and spacious rooms. A place to disconnect. Arriving and enjoying the Sea without having to take the car as it is almost beachfront. Daniel super attentive with all kinds of details when you get to the house. Worried about everything you need and nothing heavy as it leaves you at your breath as if the house is out of one. Around there is everything for shopping and magical and beautiful places to visit such as Cabo de San Antonio or Las Rotes. The Marjal Park is impressive and you can go by catamaran in Tabarca and much more. I certainly recommend Daniel and his bungalow house totally by location, cleanliness, spaciousness and the dedication he puts into making you feel at home. We will definitely repeat it.

Wonderful stay in the period of May. Quiet and beautiful terraces. Everything is available Nice communication with the owner and with her local contact person. Car is recommended , supermarket is a 5-minute drive away. You can have a great time here in a beautiful area

The apartment was fine but the walls seem to be made of board cardboard so you can hear everything slipping chairs toilet use from all neighbors really unfortunate the guidance was perfect Tania is really great and even gave us a pack of cookies as compensation for a power outage really sweet

Excellent 2 minutes walk to the beach, everything nearby, 10 minutes to olive or ghandia, 100% recommended

A very nice little house with beautiful views, the pool is wonderful. Natacha was very kind and communication with her was excellent. Maybe to put a hit on it is that the area at night was too dark and when you arrived you had to turn on the mobile lantern to see.

The Marjolein cottage is located in an exceptionally quiet and beautiful area, surrounded by trees and greenery, away from busy streets and noisy premises. It has a garden on both sides, so you can relax in the sun or in the shade, depending on your preferences Very quiet and friendly neighborhood The cottage itself is small, but sufficient, and has everything you need! It is located at a pleasant walking distance - from the coast and a place with shops and restaurants - however, the descent is sometimes steep - so, especially for less able-bodied people, it is definitely better to move by car (taxis are also available) The pool was clean and well maintained, unfortunately due to the weather and not very high temperatures, we did not use it Marjolein was a great host! She responded quickly to all messages, gave us very useful tips on the spot! I really appreciate it and thank you! I will definitely be happy to return to Teulada and Marjolein's cottage!

Virginia offers this beautiful home, set in a quiet and wooded residence. We appreciated the recommendations on the environment. A very nice site, close to the pool, a beautifully decorated and functional accommodation. Everything was together to have a nice stay and visit the area.

The accommodation is great as seen in photos, very quiet area with the Portixol cove very close. Pawel was super attentive at all times, he helped us a lot with recommendations for the area and restaurants. I'd be happy to come back

A few days of enjoyment with the family , 5 min walking from a very familiar beach with chiringuito , 10 min to pharmacy and supermarket . The house is very complete with all amenities . Two very cool courtyards to alternate in the morning or evening . Jordi always available for any questions and active with suggestions . 100% recommended !!!!

We stayed at Patrick's place for a week. We were greeted by Jacqueline the mother, she is adorable, friendly and knows how to welcome her guests in a good mood. The house is even prettier in person than in the pictures. The garden is extremely pleasant and private. This is the first time we have rented on Airbnb and we were delighted by the cleanliness of the accommodation, the amenities of the house and the kindness and responsiveness of Patrick and Jacqueline. Without a doubt if we return to the area we will rent from them again. We wish them all the best and thank them for a lovely vacation.

We enjoyed the location and the view of the sea. Very clean house, good beds, kitchen well equipped. The umbrella was broken upon arrival and was renewed in no time, thank you for that. The large pool was 2 minutes away Walking distance and never full. Communication via Airbnb with translator was excellent and we always had a point of contact. You need a car to get to the beaches. Great supermarket (Mon-Sun) within 5 minutes walking distance with excellent cake counter and fresh bread. We would definitely come back and definitely recommend the house.

Tomy was very helpful from the get go. We arrived very late and had some issues accessing the property but Tomy was on hand via a phone call to sort out the issue. Thanks again Tomy. This bungalow is perfect for a peaceful get away. Walking distance from an amazing beach, restaurants, grocery.... The pool on the compound is also a nice feature. Location is easy to get into the beautiful town of Dénia. We would not hesitate to stay here again.
