The cottage of 36 m2 offers an open floor plan with kitchen (not oven) and living areas where a sofa and daybed are available as well as a sleeping loft with double bed. A small cottage with a double bed is available in summer. The lake is outside the door but is better for a boat ride than swimming. Close to Sandviken, Högbo, Gävle and Ockelbo. Outhouse, hot outdoor shower, no water retracted, drinking water on can. Digital TV.

Gammelgården

Gammelgården is located in a nice village called Övermyra/Österberg, 2km east of Storvik. Distance to nearby towns is Sandviken 13 km, Kungsberget 18 km, Gävle 36 km. Bus stop 4 min walk. The house is timbered in Ottsjö Jämtland and was saved from the death of the wastehouse when it was moved here. The decor is unique with Swedish historical furniture and objects. Koppla av i egen stuga i ett fantastiskt läge precis vid backen. Prinshöjden 6 har en loftvåning, ryggåstak och en braskamin. Stugan är en av områdets största, med fritt, högt läge och med bra insynsskydd. Det finns två verandor och sittplatser åt alla väderstreck för maximalt solläge. Kök, vardagsrum, allrum, 3 sovrum, 2 badrum med dusch och egen bastu. Ingen rökning inomhus och inga djur är tillåtna. Städning sköts av en städfirma och kostar 1250:-

Cozy cottage of 27 sqm with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen and porch of 29 sqm with magnificent view of Lake Siljan. The cottage is located on our own plot (5,000 sqm) in the nice village of Sunnanäng, Leksand. The village is located along Siljan, by car it takes 4 minutes to Leksand Sommarland, 8 minutes to central Leksand and equally close to Tällberg.

Härbre with your own jetty

Decorate herb, not electricity and water. Simple kitchen with small gas fridge, gas plate and water can. Fireplace with flat. Outhouse and own jetty. Double bed in sleeping loft and bunk bed best suited for children on the lower floor. Nice view of the lake. Eka is available to borrow. Duvets and pillows are available, but bed linen can be added for 25 SEK/ set.

Beautiful old house in Torsåker

Separate two bedroom apartment in turn-of-the-century house, situated on the outskirts of the small village of Torsåker with beautiful views of the hills and fields. Perfect for a quick stop or a longer stay. (We are closed over the winter months because of the energy-prices. Welcome back in the spring, we open up again at the end of april 2023!)
