Appartamento in un residence, molto comodo. Alessandro è un host impeccabile. Al nostro arrivo è stato semplice accedere all'appartamento, che si trova in un residence molto accogliente. Il box auto è una comodità non scontata. Abbiamo preso in affitto la villetta come punto d'appoggio per l'ospedale Galeazzi. Con la macchina in 5 minuti si arriva subito. Sempre con la macchina si può raggiungere un comodissimo centro commerciale con supermercati e negozi. A piedi si può raggiungere facilmente il centro di Rho e a 5 minuti a piedi c'è un ottimo supermercato. Forse un po' più complicato se si è a piedi, però lo sapevamo e non abbiamo avuto alcun problema.

Davide war ein wirklich guter Gastgeber, sehr zuvorkommend und immer freundlich. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und wenn ich nochmal in der Gegend bin, würde ich wahrscheinlich auch seine Unterkunft nehmen😊

Casa perfetta. Quartiere tranquillissimo. Parcheggio libero e sempre disponibile. Doccia favolosa e cucina bella e molto attrezzata . Letto comodo. Se devo trovare un difetto: cuscini da sostituire. Soggiorno favoloso. Non ho mai visto l’host ma abbiamo fatto tutto online. Fantastica la apertura portone e porta col cellulare. Niente chiavi : una gioia! Prezzo giusto!

We stayed at this apartment for one night during a layover before driving to Florence, and it was a great choice. The property is spacious and well-maintained, located in a lively area with plenty of restaurants and charming streets perfect for a stroll. We really appreciated the convenient parking just around the corner. Our host Luca was very responsive and made the check-in process smooth and easy. A perfect spot for a short stay!

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

Perfecta. La casa de Cinzia es excepcional, llena de luz, flores, detalles de buen gusto. Tiene dos balcones que están orientados en forma opuesta por lo que las vistas son diferentes por la mañana y por la tarde, los disfrutamos mucho. Cinzia nos dejó café, lácteos, galletitas, manteca, dulce y frutas por lo que prácticamente teníamos todo para desayunar, y un rico vino para disfrutar en el balcón. También recibimos sorpresivamente un pastel de limón que estaba exquisito. Cinzia es realmente una anfitriona excepcional que se preocupa por cada detalle y hizo lo necesario para que estuviéramos muy cómodos. El acceso desde la estación central de trenes es a 10´minutos caminando y a menos de 150 metros se accede a las líneas de metro 2 y 3 (verde y amarilla), por lo que la ubicación es excelente. Estamos muy agradecidos que Cinzia nos abriera las puertas de su casa y recomendamos esta propiedad enfáticamente.

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful home in Perginano! From the moment we arrived, our hosts were incredibly welcoming and humble. They greeted us warmly, explained everything clearly, and made us feel at home right away. The house is spotless, modern, and very cozy—exactly as shown in the pictures, if not better! The furniture and decor are stylish and comfortable, and the terrace was a lovely place to relax. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed, and to our surprise, they even provided us with breakfast items for the first day, which was a wonderful touch. Every detail was thoughtful and made our stay truly enjoyable. For future guests: this is a perfect spot if you have a car and want to explore both Milan and Lake Como while staying in a peaceful, quiet area. Enorm fijn en schoon appartement in een fijne omgeving, fijn restaurant gevonden en hadden snel een Uber naar het centrum van Milaan , de aankomst was fijn en de instructies waren duidelijk kon de auto veilig parkeren en we kregen hele goede tips over leuke eettentjes in de buurt , enorm bedankt voor de gastvrijheid en we komen zeker nog een keer terug .

Absolute Empfehlung! Die Wohnung ist blitzsauber und perfekt ausgestattet. Schön und modern eingerichtet. Wir haben hier auf der Rückreise von Süditalien einen Zwischenstopp gemacht, Ivan hat uns persönlich begrüßt und Tipps gegeben. Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich.

Thank you for a wonderful stay on Lake Orta! Carla was extremely helpful and friendly and the property was perfect for my and my daughter's needs. We had everything we needed, plus the location right on the lake, within an easy walk to the town, but far enough away from the centre to enjoy the peace and quiet, was ideal. Having parking and not having to drive through the town's narrow streets to access the property made life a lot easier.

Great location, the appartement is nice but it is the location that really makes it an incredible stay. Not just lake Como in general but also having 2 restaurants downstairs.

Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb des Ortes und hat somit einen tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage aber ein Ventilator steht zur Verfügung und obwohl wir tagsüber 30 grad hatten, konnte man abends gut durchlüften und auch gut schlafen. Der Pool ist groß und mit viel Wiese umrandet. Wir sind mit Kind angereist und konnten gut entspannen.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

Nous avons passé un excellent week-end prolongé entre amis chez Massimo. Le logement est impeccable, moderne et spacieux pour accueillir jusqu'à 6 personnes. La terrasse est vraiment grande et propose une vue impressionnante sur le lac et les montagnes. Nous avons pu profiter des infrastructures de la résidence, notamment le terrain de tennis. La localisation du logement permet d'accéder à de multiples activités: visite (Lugano, Côme, Arona ...), sportives (trail, golf...), restaurants dans les villes autour. Un vrai coup de coeur que je recommande fortement!
