Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Galena

Enjoyed our stay at the house. Our dog did very well too. It was a cozy little place to sleep and relax after a few days out discovering Galena. We enjoyed Lola’s ( close by restaurant for breakfast and Lunch…please try their orange cranberry chicken salad)❤️ Vickie was available and kind. We would stay again. Thank you☺️

Stop your search now, you won’t find better! This house has everything, it’s extremely comfortable and spacious, it’s beautiful, and seriously spotless. We had a family of 8 that included a 2 month old, grandma, and everyone in between. Comfortable in every way including the bedding, towels, and living space furniture. The house met everyone’s needs and we only wish we had more time and a reason to come back soon. Kind and responsive host.

Brian and Jonny were very responsive and communicative from beginning to end. It was a last minute trip and we were lucky to find a pet friendly place during the start of the summer season. The house was clean, cozy and close to walking trails. Although we did not take advantage of the outdoor grill or hot tub (they have a wood burning fireplace for the winter), we enjoyed the screened in porch and open concept layout of the house, as pictured in the profile. The house is situated between two other houses blocked somewhat by the trees. I would describe as semi-private where we could see their back patio/hot tub/fire pit and vice versa. But whatever your personal comfort level, you can’t beat the proximity to trails, Owners Club, and easy access to Hwy 20 to Galena! We enjoyed our stay and exploring!

Well-stocked kitchen. We were hoping for a toaster, and there was one. Due to AC units in the windows, outside noises (birds/trains) come in a bit more than you'd expect; I'm probably noise sensitive due to having an infant. Would not recommend for someone looking for a fragrance-free home; had a (pleasant) air-freshener type smell. Overall very clean - did find some dust and threads behind beds. Spacious and great for our purposes - good for a family.

Joel’s place was absolutely beautiful! It was secluded and peaceful but also very close to down town. I loved drinking my coffee outside in the mornings it was so peaceful! I’d recommend Joel’s air bnb to anyone wanting to travel to galena. I’d go back in a heartbeat! Joel was a great host. He gave us all the information and checked In on us throughout our stay. We had a great time!

Excellent house for our guys golf trip! Lots of amenities at the house and a 10 minute to all of the different Eagle Ridge golf courses. House is a 15 minute drive to downtown Galena that has a lot of shops and restaurants. Very responsive and friendly hosts. 10/10!

The house was adorable, clean and a great walking distance to downtown. It was stocked with everything you need for cooking, even though we didn't do much cooking, it was nice to know it was there. I loved having morning coffee on the back patio with the beautiful view of the hillside full of purple flowers.

Beautiful farm house, extremely well equipped and clean. Lots to do in the house and around. The ATV trail is fine for walking. Cute amall towns around.

Excelente lugar

This was my fourth time staying at Sandys and each time is just as enjoyable as the last. Her new wallpaper in the kitchen, bedrooms, and master bath are beautiful. She has a real knack for decor. She's always super helpful, kind, and her breakfasts dont disappoint! If you're looking to relax in a peaceful setting, but still be close to downtown Galena, this is THE place to stay.

We enjoyed are stay very much! This place has a gorgeous view of downtown Dubuque from their patio, very scenic!!

This condo is perfect for a little getaway. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots, pans, and utensils. The bed was comfortable! The jet tub was relaxing and perfect for 2 people! Downfall is that the shower head is VERY small and there’s a weird clunking behind the toilet, in the plumbing.

The room was exactly as advertised and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

This is our second time staying here and we absolutely love the cozy cabin right on the pond. You can tell a lot of thought and love when I to making this a perfect little quiet getaway.

I loved this cabin and had a great relaxing birthday retreat weekend with my friends.

My group and I were in town for a wedding, and we’re so glad we chose Tracy’s home. It was spotless - truly the cleanest Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at - cozy, and tucked away in a quiet neighborhood. We loved spending time on the deck, enjoying our morning coffee, breakfast, and dinner out there. If you’re visiting Galena, I highly recommend staying here!

We were all very satisfied with the stay. It was super clean and the location was wonderful. We will definitely be staying there again in the future.

Our stay at The Frogmore Cabin was wonderful and relaxing. It was a gorgeous area and very private. The home was exactly as the photos showed. Old world European in a cabin setting! The perfect place to unwind after shopping in Galena all day. The fireplace was really nice and big, considering it is an electric one. It looked and felt realistic. Turned off all of the lights once it got dark, and relaxed with a glass of wine! What more could a girl want! The kitchen had more pots and pans, etc. than I expected, which was good because we prepared dinner and breakfast. The hot tub was a hit, and all warm and toasty for us! The game room kept the guys entertained when we came back, which was great since we made them shop all day with us. I would highly recommend Frogmore Cabin.

The Owl A-frame was so beautiful, peaceful, and private! It was very clean and had everything we needed. We’ll definitely be coming back next time we take a Galena trip!

We planned a really impromptu trip (i.e. booked our AirBNB while in the car to extend a little bit of a road trip) and lucked out with this place. We have 3 young boys, who always want an adventure, and so this cabin gave us a nice little taste of everything. There was the river pretty much immediately out the front of the cabin to enjoy. My brother and his kids (Bellevue residents) came over and kids were able to catch fish off the dock and play in the sand. The kids also enjoyed the jacuzzi tub when time to clean up. All in all, a cute and cozy little spot to be able to enjoy some of the best of what Bellevue has to offer!

Went on a girls trip this past weekend and had endless fun and made so many memories to giggle about in the future! The air bnb was very clean and had everything we needed. Riley was very responsive and gave clear instructions for checking in and checking out. Would definitely like to visit again!
