Beautiful place and beyond amazing staff. They got to know our 9 month old son and treated us like family and even provided us with a crib. So helpful and kind. The room was so beautiful we stayed an extra night. Breakfast was great. Cool AC and nice shower. For laundry we were recommended to the Pink Monkey and couldn’t be happier with their service. The location is right on the historic center but not right in the middle of the noise and music so it’s very tranquil and private. Will definitely stay here again!

Honestly couldn't believe this place received a 3-star review. For the value it should easily be 5 stars. Javier and staff took care of me very well for 26.00 USD. The breakfast was included in the stay, and the swimming pool and amenities were clean and inviting. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!

Excellent accommodation. The place has reception 24/7 so we were made very easy and convenient when arriving late to Santa Marta. The room was very clean, comfortable and had air conditioning (very necessary). They allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in and after check-out. Also, it is very close walking to Plaza de los novios, where there are many restaurants and nightlife. There was only one night when the music from the local on the street was heard. The rest, impeccable. Highly recommended.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach. Something I really appreciate is that they allowed my pet to be with me, which is not common in all accommodations. In addition, the hotel has a pristine swimming pool and a bar that offers a great atmosphere to enjoy a drink. Breakfast is included and delicious, which makes you start your day with energy. The location is perfect: just five blocks from the beach, which makes it easy to access without being in the middle of the hustle. But what really makes a difference is customer service, especially Don José, who did his best to make sure my stay was unforgettable. Definitely a place I would go back to and recommend without hesitation. ¡¡Cinco stelle! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place for one night is fine, it has the amenities described in the listing. However, the kitchen does not work and does not feature elements; the bathroom door closes with enough effort.

Perfectly located in the heart of Santa Marta’s Old City, just a short walk from everything! The room was clean and comfortable. Carlos at the reception was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Santa Marta!

We loved our stay at this place in Santa Marta. All rooms had a private bathroom, which was very convenient, and spacious, ideal for a large family, with many double beds to accommodate us comfortably. The facilities are amazing, there are a variety of pools and a slide that made our experience even more fun. The music atmosphere was very nice, and the restaurant and bar offered great service with a wide variety of delicious options. The host was exceptional, always attentive and willing to do everything to make sure we were comfortable and satisfied. We definitely recommend it 100%

The bathrooms need more maintenance and more arrangement

Great value for the price Very available host. Spacious and clean room. The only concern was the noise of the TV + ++ right next to the bedroom (TV which is in the common living room). I repeatedly asked for the person to drop down but each time, they would bring up the sound once I went to the room...

Andy is a kind person, easy to talk to, and helpful in every way possible. As I got closer to Andy, I noticed his commitment and willingness to make sure you're feeling good. Andy knows Taganga very well, the people and all the areas that are well worth visiting. Taganga is a unique place and worth exploring. He is well familiar with walking and has the right contacts.
