Sandra's accommodation is the best you can find in Santa Marta. You can walk to the bay, there are restaurants, shops, supermarkets a few blocks from the apartment. The apartment is super comfortable, it has everything you need and more. Sandra is a great host, always giving you useful tips on places to go to enjoy the city as a local and not as a tourist. I highly recommend Sandra's accommodation, there are not enough stars to rate Sandra's accommodation, do not hesitate to come and stay in her apartment. Sandra is more of a friend than a host, she makes you feel at home from the first moment. Thank you very much Sandra for making our stay a great experience, we will see each other again. The house is beautiful, as in the photos, the administrator was very good she helped us with messengers, restaurants, but as for the beach it is far from the house not as proposed in the photos, the commerce is very retired from the house, I recommend the place when it takes its own car, otherwise it becomes a little strenuous to pay for vehicles to go to buy food or when other things are needed, in general everything is super well, I have the house in its very complete interior, comfortable and cozy

Good place to vacation, the building staff is very attentive. A new lock is needed, as it is a little difficult to open the door. There are also no towels for the kitchen, if you want to cook something there. But the rest of the service was impeccable, both from the host and the building's security team.

To start the apartment and the residential complex as such SPECTACULAR!! Juan Carlos and the staff in Santa Marta were very friendly from the beginning, being aware of the whole family even of the dogs. The place was precisely what we were looking for for our stay in Colombia. We could walk to do our grocery stores, use Ubers to go on tours, or taxis. We felt safe during our stay. The beach was a 5-minute walk away. The building was clean and safe. We really enjoyed our stay at Ana Clara's place and would not hesitate to return.

The apartment is in a great neighborhood. It is located on a Main road very close to a mall, restaurants and the beach. The building has private security 24 hours making our stay very safe. The security guards are very nice and helpful. They gave us great tips for exploring the area. The host was very attentive and his helper, Andreina, is a sweetheart. I highly recommend Iván’s place if you visit El Rodadero.
