The apartment is great. We felt right at home. In the kitchen, it was really fun to cook and afterwards we could choose where we wanted to relax. Everything was exactly as described Sometimes, such beautifully photographed accommodations are a disappointment, because they are only superficially chic or extremely worn out - but that is definitely not the case here. It was very nice!

everything went well, communication with the owner quickly. flexible check-in and checkout. just in the kitchen I was missing a scraper or sharper knives.. but that was a small detail...

The accommodation was absolutely great and I have nothing to complain about! I was extremely satisfied and I definitely recommend it!

The apartment is spacious and incredibly well equipped. It's in a great central location, easy to walk toeverything. onsite parking is a bonus. Gert was great to deal with and we thoroughly enjoyed our time in Linz, mainly because of of the apartment, a fabulous place to relax after busy days exploring.

Communication with Sebastian was fast and clear. We arrived at the accommodation without any problems. This was very clean and very well equipped. We were surprised with a bottle of sparkling wine and other amenities. Everything you need or could use as a self-caterer was really available there. We had a lovely time.

Great and hassle-free for a few days and nights in Linz, easily accessible by bus. Proximity to the train station and center.

We had an incredible time, with beautiful surroundings - really calm and peaceful right by the lake. Apartment is well equipped, everything you need for cooking and even all sorts of toiletries. There's so much to see and do in the area, we stayed for one week and could have easily stayed longer. A real gem, highly recommend Jan's place to explore this corner of Czech.

We were a group of 6 girls and it was great! Very nice and a lot of space. The contact was always very fast and very nice via WA! The area itself is also beautiful. Only the address was not so easy to find with Google maps. But telephone help with directions was available!

Fortunately Leos agreed to provide your apartments for one more night. our stay in Hluboka was very pleasant, we have enjoyed Leos' place due to peaceful surroundings, complete privacy and clean and well equipped apartments. We were there for the weekend and enjoyed it a lot. The hot tub and sauna are a highlight. The bun service in the morning is very convenient! We had a very quiet and relaxing time and would come back any time.

What you might want to know: contrary to the pretty accommodation, the house in which it is located cannot quite keep up. It didn't bother us, we would have been grateful for such a note in the reviews.

My girlfriend, our dogs and I loved the place! The loft is simply amazing and you feel right at home and in good hands there. The surroundings are great for anyone who wants to relax and come down and I can only recommend it to everyone. We had a great and very relaxing time there :)
