The flat was clean and cozy, we stayed on the 9th floor. There was no kitchenette and silverware ( for those who would like to dine at the apartment ) . Drive from the village to Češské Krumlov 15 min , to Lipno 40 min. And there are many places for parking

In Baras apartment, you immediately feel at home. We were particularly impressed by the garden, which inspired us to create some drawings :) We totally enjoyed the rural tranquility and the Bohemian landscape. Bara is a very likeable hostess. I can only highly recommend this accommodation. Thank you!

The flat is situated within the historic center, so everything can be reached within a short walk. The interior is really high class and the terrasse an absolute bonus. Kitchen is equipped for breakfast, no grand cooking possible. Which you don’t need, as multiple restaurants, cafés and bars are just around the corner. Communication with Kristjan is friendly and fast as he works in the same building. Note, that you have to be a good walker, as the flat cannot be reached by car (only taxi) and there are two steep stairs leading to the apartment. We loved it and would definitely come back again. That was a lovely stay in Miroslavs place. The apartment was brand new with stylish furniture and all necessary appliances. The location was in 20 min walk to the town and easy to find and check in. The only small inconvenience was that no grocery stores and restaurants nearby but it wasn't issue. Definitely recommended if you decided to visit Cesky Krumlov.

The apartment is brand new, squeaky clean and matches the description. a big plus is the garage parking. The only downside of the apartment is the location - the windows face a busy road and in order to get to the city center you have to walk for 15 minutes along a very busy road on a narrow sidewalk.

We stayed at many AirBnBs before, and this was by far our favourite! Beautifully renovated, brand new interior, so cozy and comfortable… great location to the historical center, just 7 minutes by foot and easy to reach from the bus station as well. Karel was very kind during all communications. We would come again any time!

The place is smaller, but we fit a family of 4 without any problems. We didn't miss anything. Host Tereza responded right away and responded to questions.

Very nice, large apartment right on the river. Just a few minute walk to the museums. Able to park the car across from the house. Would definitely recommend!

We had an incredible time, with beautiful surroundings - really calm and peaceful right by the lake. Apartment is well equipped, everything you need for cooking and even all sorts of toiletries. There's so much to see and do in the area, we stayed for one week and could have easily stayed longer. A real gem, highly recommend Jan's place to explore this corner of Czech.

We felt very comfortable. Everything sparkling clean! It was a real wow factor when we entered the apartment. We loved the communication and helpfulness. The location close to the lake is also nice. I don't know if it was in the description, but maybe good to know: There were only 2 double beds (beautiful with great views) and 1 single bed in one of the bedrooms in a niche. If you have clairvoyance, it's not so optimal. And then there was a kind of mattress storage with 4 mattresses directly on the floor upstairs, which can be reached via a quite steep staircase. OK for one night, otherwise rather unfavorable for adults. As a children's warehouse, it may be very fun and cozy. In any case, thank you for the wonderful short stay. Would definitely recommend.

Probably the nicest Airbnb we've stayed in. The building has been expertly and artfully renovated recently and the attention to detail is incredible. I recently retired from a career of rebuilding luxury homes and was very impressed with the quality throughout. The location is also wonderful, being a short stroll to the best that Český Krumlov has to offer along with the magnificent view from the patio. Lastly, the hot tub and fireplace are real highlights, especially for our mid-November visit.

The stay was great. When we needed anything, Veronika responded right away. I recommend. Close to restaurants, shops, and entertainment.

Four of us (2 adults, 2 children and a dog) spent a night at the property. It was clean, towels, soap and shower gel were provided. Communication was fast and smooth via the messaging feature. The paid parking space could be made available at a discount on request. Bakeries were in the immediate vicinity of the property, so the non-existent kitchen does not disturb. Everything was within walking distance. Just across the street you could walk with the dog in the small garden. Only when it gets warmer, the lack of air conditioning could become a problem. But otherwise great and very well described. Thank you!
