Very nice 1 room apartment in the center of Linz with large terrace with 2 sun loungers, 2 seating furniture + table. Although we are right in the center here, it is amazingly quiet and peaceful. With double bed + folding couch. The two beds are separated with a wall, yet in the same room. Small kitchen that has everything you need. Shower, WC and washing machine high quality! Owner lives in the same building and is always responsive and helpful. Welcome to Linz 🤗

From the balcony you look into the nature reserve and enjoy direct access to the large Rodl. On the upper floor there are cozy sleeping areas.
