However, we added extra insulation in the ceiling and extra thick padding under the carpet in the rooms above the bedroom!

Basically a hotel room. There is no kitchen or TV. Off-street parking is available. Shared fenced in yard for pets (shared w. host and host's friendly dog). Air-conditioned in summer.
