Absolutely Exceptional — A Stay We'll Never Forget. We chose Jennifer’s Peach Chalet while traveling for my sister’s celebration of life. I was especially drawn to her listing because it mentioned a hummingbird feeder — a meaningful detail, as the hummingbird is my sister’s spirit animal. What we experienced went far beyond expectations. Jennifer left a thoughtful card and a beautiful hummingbird gift for us — a gesture so kind and unexpected, it brought us to tears. Her compassion in such a delicate moment meant the world to us. As for the chalet itself — it was flawless. Immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed with little details like labeled light switches that made our stay effortless. The views are breathtaking, and the photos truly don’t capture how special this place is. Despite the somber reason for our trip, Jennifer’s home provided the peace and comfort we so deeply needed. It is, without question, one of the best properties we’ve ever stayed in.

It was like staying at your Aunt's home, cozy, and lovely, and in a location that's an easy communte in all directions. We will absolutely stay here again since it was a perfect space for us!

Great stay! Cute, clean, comfortable house in a private area outside of town looking out over a peach tree field. Super quiet area and we got to watch a great sunset. Plenty of amenities, they even left us some eggs for breakfast! Would definitely stay here again.

Great house, great location minutes away from all the mountain biking trails. Will be coming back!

We had a lovely stay at Ron's house. We came with our dog and it was very easy to be in the house with a pet. The backyard isn't well suited for a dog, shares the space with the other house and no room for dog to run around. However the house itself was great. They even had a big dog bed in the mudroom that our dog absolutely loved. We brought our bikes and the mudroom was perfect for storing them. You could easily fit six bikes in there! The house is in a great location for walking to the Main St restaurants and shops. I would stay at this house again.

We had a great stay! The home was clean and comfortable, and its location was fantastic, just a short walk to Pablo’s Pizza (our favorite) and Las Colonias Park. Accessing the Riverfront Trail for biking and running was easy and convenient. The evaporative cooling system was a bit loud, but it kept the home comfortable even with 96-degree temperatures outside, so we appreciated that. Parking along the side of the house was perfect, plenty of space for two vehicles or one with a trailer. The backyard was a nice touch, and having a shed for storing our bicycles was incredibly helpful. Overall, a wonderful stay with great amenities and an ideal location!

Nice cozy house. Enough bedrooms for the family. Kitchen and bathrooms were clean. Linens were clean. We only cooked two meal during our 4 day stay, and found everything we needed. Amri is a wonderful host who will go out of her way to ensure you are comfortable and everything meets your standards. I’ve never experienced a host quite like Amri. Stay with confidence.

We really enjoyed our stay at Amy & Mitch's place in downtown Grand Junction. The home was charming and just as described, but the tree covered yard, deck and hot tub were better than advertised. There was great attention to detail in every space, including fresh flowers, handmade soaps and guest robes. The location was quiet, private and within easy walking distance to dinner and breakfast. We loved it, and will recommend it to all our friends!

I had an amazing stay at Kevin's place! The apartment was incredibly clean, and the location was perfect for exploring downtown. Kevin was also very responsive and helpful, providing me with great local recommendations. I'll definitely be back!

Passing through the area and we were looking for something dog friendly. This was great value compared to hotels plus a fenced yard was nice which ultimately lead to us to book this location, hot tub worked well enough. Would recommend if you are needing to stay in the area or just passing through like us.

What a cozy stay in the heart of Grand Junction. If the weather were warmer we could have walked to town for dinner and exploring.

We needed a quiet spot for a good nights sleep before beginning our next day of adventures and it was perfect and exactly what we needed. We slept great and she was so helpful.

Ryan's place was in a great part of town, in a historic district with tall trees. beautiful city parks and a yard to enjoy. The place was immaculate and every detail attended to. We appreciated the notebook of information including restaurant recs. We enjoyed having breakfast at the Dream Cafe in walking distance. from the house. The apartment is nicely decorated, colorful and comfortable. The kitchen is fully equipped if you are planning to cook meals. Ryan was easy to communicate with and responded quickly to all of our questions.

Recommend for a weekend getaway. Many amenities near by. Great if you are at the nearby fields.

Communication with the host was excellent. The kitchen was well stocked. The bathroom was beautiful. Plenty of linens and towels. However, we were a party of 6, yet the kitchen table only seats four. The living room also only accommodates four comfortably. The third bedroom (full bed and bunks) is in a different part of the house (garage?). It wasn't a problem for us, since adults were staying there. But, it is far from the other bedrooms if you have kids. The house is perfect for up to four people, a little inconvenient for more than that.

House was super clean. Very thoughtful amenities. Everything was in excellent shape. Very peaceful setting.

We loved our stay! It was exactly what we wanted…a place to get away and rest and relax. The property and the BLM that it borders are remote and beautiful. The creek is amazing as well. Brandi was very responsive and kind! She let us know they were renovating a few things at the time, so we were not bothered by some of the unfinished work being done. The kitchen is well stocked with pots, pans, utensils, etc. and the home is comfortable. Bring food with you as there are no stores or gas stations nearby. We would definitely stay here again!
