Herzlich willkommen in unserem kleinen Paradies! Wir haben uns über die letzten Jahre ein kleine Oase erschaffen, in der es uns an nichts mehr gefehlt hat. Von Gästezimmer, über Sauna, Whirlpool, Glamping Dome, Pavillon und Outdoor Küche umfasst unser Garten alles was man für eine gemütliche Zeit braucht. Wir wohnen am Rande einer sehr kleinen Ortschaft, etwa 14 kilometer vom Bodensee entfernt. Der Garten ist umgeben von Natur und hier in der Region lassen sich viele schöne Dinge unternehmen.

Eine kleine Ferienwohnung in der Scheune, umgeben von einem einzigartigen Garten. Der Bodensee ist nur 8 km entfernt, problemlos erreichbar mit dem Fahrrad oder Auto. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in ca. 5 Min. erreichbar (ca. 15-20 Min. mit Fahrrad). Die Ferienwohnung erstreckt sich über 2 Etagen und ist standardmäßig ausgestattet. Sie bietet alles, was Sie für einen erholsamen Urlaub in der Natur benötigen, darunter eine Küche mit Geschirrspüler, 2 separate Schlafzimmer, Bad und WC, Wifi etc.

Die “Neue Mitte Salem” ist ein exklusiver Wohnkomplex, der das atemberaubende 110 qm große Penthouse beherbergt – ein wahres Juwel in Salem. Mit drei geräumigen Schlafzimmern bietet dieses Penthouse genügend Platz für 4 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder. Haustiere sind herzlich willkommen. Zu der Wohnung gehören zwei Tiefgaragenplätze inkl. optionaler E-Säule. Es ist eine Oase der Ruhe, die Sie mit offenen Armen empfängt und Ihnen einen Aufenthalt bietet, den Sie so schnell nicht vergessen werden.

Located in Heiligenberg-Unterrehna, the holiday apartment "Morgentau" has everything you need for a relaxing stay. The 36 m² property consists of a spacious kitchen/dining space with a fully-equipped kitchen, 1 bedroom, and 1 bathroom and can accommodate 2 people. On-site amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV, and a dishwasher. This apartment also features a private terrace. Moreover, the hosts of this property run a part-time farm with chickens, pigs, and cows.

Quiet apartment for relaxation

The granny apartment is in a very quiet location without through traffic at the edge of the forest. The surroundings invite you to take long walks, bike tours or hikes. The apartment has about 40 square meters of living space and has a separate entrance, as well as a terrace overlooking the pond. Überlingen on Lake Constance is in approx. 15 minutes by car. The nearest swimming lake Illmensee or Pfullendorf is also in approx. 20 minutes.

Lake time

The apartment, which was completed in the spring of 2018, can be reached via an external wooden staircase. Now nothing stands in the way of a relaxing "lake time." With one bedroom, an open living and dining room, bathroom, kitchen and two balconies with great lake views, the apartment offers an ideal retreat for a great vacation. Enjoy your stay with us. Die Wohnung ist für 3 Personen (max. für 4 Personen) geeignet. Es gibt zus. 2 Baby- und Kleinkind/Gästebetten. Bereits Übernachtungen von 1 Nacht (20 Euro Kurzzeitaufenthalt) ist jederzeit möglich, bitte einfach anfragen!
