Farmstay holiday rentals in French Basque Country

We had a wonderful stay at Jacqueline's. The place was just perfect for recharging your batteries. We were able to fully enjoy the surrounding woods and beautiful landscape. The place was very clean, decorated with lots of charm, and most importantly, the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. This is a perfect place to relax and reconnect with nature. A big thank you to Jacqueline for hosting us and for her availability!

Very well located, well-equipped, pleasant to live in, very spacious accommodation. The plus: the linen provided (sheets, towels, etc.) it's very nice to arrive in a home where the beds are made. The owners welcome us very kindly, remain very discreet but present in case.

The house has all the necessary amenities, the cleanliness is impeccable and the location of the house has stunning views. The area has many possibilities for sightseeing and nature walks. Arantxa was very nice and was always available for our questions and showed flexibility at check-in time. We'll save it in favorites and hope to return soon

The accommodation offered by Sébastien is exceptional. It allows you to reconnect with nature while being lulled by the birdsong. Moreover, the work done to restore this building is admirable.

We loved our stay at Julie's beautiful gite! The gite is fully equipped, lots of privacy and space, the garden is great, the pool and the jacuzzi pure luxury and the views and tranquility magical. Highly recommended. The hostesses were super friendly, helpful and took care of everything. Beautiful surroundings, close to the beautiful beaches, st jean de luz center and the mountains.

I would like to take my whole family and friends. The house, its owners, and everything around it were conspiring to make her enjoy her days to perfection. Everything is close. Supermarkets, Boulangerie, restaurants. Gudrun was always attentive. The people in the surrounding villages are super friendly. The surroundings are magical. I would always return.

The accommodation is superb. It's very well equipped and tastefully decorated. Beatriz available at all times and lovely. I would repeat without thinking about it and recommend it to my friends. It was a total success in terms of the location of the house, the comfort, and very well equipped.

West aid for two nights and wish we could have saved for two weeks period it's beyond gorgeous, peaceful and you fall in love with the place. it's simple and magnificent I try to record unfilm to try to capture the place it's just not possible. we are here in May of 2025 and all the fruit trees are starting to Bloom and bear fruit the sheep the miniature ponies it's just a place you want to stay for a little bit and not really move although you can . so many trails not far from here are even the Pyrenees for a day trip... if you read this far he realized that this is the place for you as well. I'm already jealous

We had a fantastic stay in this cottage just outside Espelette. The cottage itself is super neat, quietly located and equipped with every comfort. What makes this place extra special is the hospitality of our host. She had prepared all kinds of local delicacies for us on arrival — a really warm welcome. During our stay, she thought of everything with us and did everything to make us happy. That made it very personal and pleasant.

We loved our stay at Jean and Agnès's. First of all, a very good welcome, with very nice touches. The small chalet is charming, well-equipped in a beautiful environment. And despite the sometimes capricious weather, we enjoyed the beautiful sheltered terrace every evening, a beautiful surprise even better than in the photos. Our dog Pepito had a blast in the garden. Very warm and hyper responsive host, new accommodation very clean and well arranged, very quiet and faithful to the description of the listing, if I have to return to the Basque country I would gladly return to dear Pierre André, whom I recommend with joy to those who would like to go to this region. We had a great weekend recharging with the family. The house is impeccably clean, well laid out and tastefully decorated. Little attention was waiting for us when we arrived. Aude was an incredible host We were also able to enjoy nature, visit the farm and snowshoe. We highly recommend it!

What a beautiful place! So peaceful and pretty. We enjoyed all the animals roaming around. The breakfast was a nice plus!!

Christel was the portrait of hospitality during our stay. She warmly greeted us at check-in and took time to give us local recommendations, provide a tour of the property, and ensure we had everything we needed. The property resembles a small villa and has beautiful views of rolling green hills all around. Overall, we had a wonderful, tranquil stay and would absolutely love to return someday with friends!

We LOVED it! Tranquility guaranteed! Peaceful accommodation in the middle of nature, on the heights of Arette, a few steps from the center, very beautiful relaxing view of the fields and mountains, no neighbors. As for Maïté, an exceptional host! Caring, attentive, discreet, very kind, taking care of her guests so that they have the most pleasant stay possible! We spent two weeks of excellent family holidays. Véronique had very kindly provided us with a box of games and books for the children. The house is ideally located with a sensational view, the land is incredible. It is perfect for a relaxing and rejuvenating vacation, far from the hustle and bustle of the cities. Hammocks, deckchairs and large outdoor tables are great for entertaining friends and having a good time while the kids run around looking for lizards ;) The hosts are very nice and welcoming.
