Great house! Clean, character -filled, and well equipped for our group of 4 couples. Beautiful location—secluded yet so close to Smuggs.

Spent the weekend for our son’s wedding at Boyden Farms. We were a group of 11 with plenty of space! Multiple bathrooms and 2 kitchens were a big bonus! Clean, well-stocked, spacious, great view of mountain and nice walking trails. Staff is responsive and friendly. A great weekend was had by all! Thank you!!!

My wife and I were overwhelmed with the beauty of the surroundings. The host thought of everything that would or could be needed to make us feel like we were at home. From the moment we arrived we knew our time here was going to be very enjoyable. The next time we plan to visit Jay, Vermont, we will plan our trip around the availability of this property. Great cabin! Love the wood work! Custom cabinets. Its location allows for easy arrival and departure. Lessons learned during the prior mud season!

Beautiful lake house! Beachfront area was wonderful for all water activities. Easy access to the Champlain Islands which had tons of fall activities going on. House is loaded with everything you need for cooking and clean up.

This was the coolest little cabin in the woods. Its looks are very deceiving from outside; I thought it looked like a pretty average cabin in the woods. Inside it was so nice and homey. It was extremely clean, had way more space than I thought it would, and was peaceful and quiet. Jay Peak was about 10 minutes away. Local restaurants were good. No AT&T cell service at the house but the StarLink internet was fast and worked flawlessly. Hot water was always hot, toilets always flushed. No issues at all

On our last day we saw a spectacular sunset which was indicative of our whole stay. The star was of course the wonderful setting on the lake. It was enhanced by how tastefully the house was renovated, decorated and fully supplied with everything we needed. It truely exceeded our expectations and made for a memorable experience in the beautiful state of Vermont.

What a beautiful place! We enjoyed Chris's place as a lovely retreat after long days of skiing. The kitchen was well-appointed, the wood stove was so enjoyable, and the kids loved all the games, pool table, and dart board. Here's hoping we can plan another trip there again next year!

Diane’s space was fantastic. Super close to Jay peak and a variety of shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

The house was perfect for our large group. The pool table and ping pong table were a huge hit. Would definitely recommend to others planning a ski/snowboard trip in the area. Conveniently located.

We enjoyed our stay - we were in town for a family wedding nearby and the space allowed our extended family to gather easily. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t great so we weren’t able to take advantage of the outdoor space but did make use of the pool and foosball tables in the basement. The view of Lake Champlain right outside the windows was great - beautiful sunsets. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to grill one night - the local Hannaford grocery store was less than 10 minutes away. As described in the listing, there are only 2 full bathrooms. It was a little tight having 8 people trying to shower and get ready for the wedding at the same time. Overall, a nice place in a pretty location.

We were in town for a wedding and it was so nice for our family all To stay in the same place and not have to rent 4 hotel rooms. The house is huge and had everything that we needed. Would stay here again if we were to return in the future.

As a host, Lisa went beyond what was expected by leaving welcome treats for us. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless. Lisa has stocked the place with an abundance of supplies. Outdoors , you’ll find a spacious backyard with gardens and patios with tables and chairs and a fire-pit, as well as lots of wood ready to go. The house is located right across from the lake on a quiet road and only a short drive from great restaurants, shops, and coffee, as well as easy access to many top places to visit in Vermont. There is a park about a mile down the road with a playground and ball field, as well as a boat launch. This is a great place to stay and I definitely recommend it and would come back again. BTW, the ride from Lisa’s place to Stowe along the back road is truly spectacular.

The place was perfect with a great view of the lake! Paul is a great host, communicating with him is very easy! I would recommend it 100% 😊

Ashley’s place was absolutely perfect - very comfortable and clean, tastefully furnished and decorated, state of the art shower, super organized kitchen, lovely deck with lake view and cornfields - and complete with all the amenities one would want! Upon our arrival we found a warm welcome card and a big basket of snacks. It was a wonderful place to relax and use as a base for visiting nearby islands, Burlington and other local attractions. Ashley was very responsive, flexible and accommodating to our specific needs. We really appreciated her thoughtfulness and will definitely stay there again!!

This place was amazing. My partner Juliana and I were blown away when we first arrived and photos truly can’t do a justice to how amazing this place was to visit. Kaitlynn and Ian went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and safe in their home. When we first got into the house, we immediately saw a gift basket with all Vermont made snacks and treats for us, along with a personalized note welcoming us. Next to that was a binder with clear instructions how to use the amenities included, tips to local shops and restaurants for us to visit, as well as clear check out instructions. They even had a karaoke setup which I could imagine would be so much fun if we had brought friends along. The hot tub was great, everything in the house was spotless clean and had a very cozy, welcoming vibe making you feel like it wasn’t just another rental. If I could give this place 6 stars I would in a heartbeat. My partner and I will definitely be looking at staying again over the summer.

Kristen was super responsive, incredibly flexible and accommodating and the house itself was beautiful with great views and plenty of privacy.

Perfectly located between multiple ski mountains, this Airbnb was an ideal home base for our trip. The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed after long days on the slopes. The host was responsive and made the stay seamless. Highly recommend for any ski enthusiasts!
