Nicole’s home is a beautiful, quiet, and peaceful retreat. The home itself was clean, extremely comfortable, and a perfect place to relax with the family. Our toddler named it “the pretty house” and we couldn’t agree more! Nicole was an awesome host - responsive and helpful when we requested to open the hot tub early. The area around the house is private and quiet, perfect for people seeking solitude. We will definitely be going back if the opportunity come again!

We had an unfortunate situation in which construction workers were not done with a project as the rental company anticipated they would be. Our stay was impacted by the construction and the rental agency was very transparent and generous to reimburse our stay for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this beautiful oasis and will hopefully be staying again myself in the future!

We love staying at the Brownie. It’s a great home for any active family that appreciates a quiet surrounding. Great home and so close to SR. It can’t be beat.

2nd time staying here for a guys ski weekend! everyone was stoked to stay here again! it is in great proximity to sunday river and 2 doors down from the matterhorn ski bar! hot tub was awesome and the ping pong table in the basement was fun! we did alot of cooking at the house and the kitchen and dinning room where very spacious! we all loved that log cabin feel and being in the mountains!

This is as picturesque of a ski cabin as they come. Everything was clean and tight. Far enough into the mountains with a clean up to date feel including Lutron radio RA3 switching. Cleaning fees were a little steap, but we are clean and neat people so im sure they are set to expect the worst. 10 for 10 would rent this house again.

Just returned from the most fantastic 2 weeks exploring the US which included a weeks stay at Kiwi Lodge. Where to start? This was exactly as described and the perfect base for exploring Maine. The property was spotless and has all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. 3 beautiful bedrooms, 2 great sized bathrooms, wonderful living area and kitchen and fantastic games room. Hot tub was brilliant. The location on the lake is just perfect, we had the lake to ourselves and took the canoe out. Nearest town of Farmington has all the shops and cafes you’d need. The communication from Kay was great from the day we booked, and recommendations we took her up on were all absolutely spot on. Thank you Kay and thank you Kiwi Lodge for a holiday to remember!

I was happy to return to stay at Deb's, this time around in the studio loft. It was very spacious and comfortable and included anything that you might want or need. It was a perfect spot for me to rest while watching ski races at Black Mountain for the weekend. Thanks for being a wonderful host once again, Deb!

If you like the outdoors, seasonal activities and have several guest, then this is the place for you! The kitchen is restaurant quality and well stocked with spices and cooking utensils. The property has plenty of amenities, games and the fire place and hot tub gives you a resort vibe - overall a great experience.

Wendy is an amazing host. We were in town to visit family and her location was very good for us. Everything worked as it should. No problems at all.

We came down for an unseasonably cold Memorial Day weekend, and despite the cold, had an amazing time. The wood stove kept us reasonably warm. The place was just as described and the view even more beautiful than the pictures. It was very private but close to town (about 15 minutes) and we were pleasantly surprised by how interesting Farmington was. Victor gave us extremely details instructions and was responsive, but didn't feel overbearing at all. Highly recommend and would love to be back if the opportunity arises.

Check in was easy. There was plenty of room for 4 adults, 2 children and a dog. It was nice and quiet on a dead end road. Had a fire pit which was great for s’more’s with the kids after a long day. The river was great and the waterfalls were 20 minutes away. There’s a nice park for the kids down by the fire station. Everyone enjoyed themselves and had a great time. All in all it was nice get away retreat. If you enjoy nature and being able to see the stars then this is the spot for you.

We have rented this house before, it does not disappoint. The description is accurate, very comfortable for 8 - 12 people. Kitchen has all the pots, pans, utensils and everything else you could need. We really like this house for snowmobile trips. Trail is across the street, plenty of parking, could not ask for more.

Absolutely beautiful location. Views of the lake from every window make the cozy spot feel more spacious. We spent most of our time outside enjoying the water, napping on the hammock, dining on the porch or watching the hummingbirds. Incredibly private lot that was so quiet and peaceful. Fully stocked with anything you could need. Games, first aid and staple spices. Use of the Canoe and paddleboard added lots of fun and fires at night to round off a perfect camp stay. So glad we found this beautiful gem!

We had an amazing stay! The house was very comfortable and had everything we needed. The view of the lake was spectacular. On the rainy days there was still plenty to do: lots of games, ping pong, foosball and comfortable places to sit and read. On the nice weather days we were out on the water all day boating, kayaking and paddle boards, all which were in perfect condition! We are so grateful to have made lifelong memories with our family in this beautiful lake house! Thank you!

We really loved the character of the house! There was ample parking available, and the instructions for getting inside were very clear. Checking out was also a smooth process. We appreciated how easy Nichole and Kenneth were to communicate with, and they were very flexible! Additionally, they have a sweet and lovable pup named Jackson, who we instantly fell in love with. We would definitely love to stay here again.

Great condo. Looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect location close to the mtn and all of the restaurants, movie theater, etc. but separate enough that it is super quiet and wooded. Owners were super helpful and communicative and whole process of checking in and out was quick and easy. Thank you!

The home was beautiful and exactly as pictured. We especially loved the hot tub and the outdoor fire pit, such great touches for a relaxing stay. The space had everything we needed, and we felt right at home. We’d absolutely stay again in the future if welcomed back!
