Waterfront holiday rentals in Franklin County

This location is right on the small Main Street wi th a few restaurants and stores, and it’s close driving distance to everywhere we go to visit family. The neighborhood is quiet, and the unit itself was beautiful, open and spacious. It was clean, with clear instructions on how to check in. In addition, the host was very responsive and checked in with us during our stay.

This was our first stay in an Airbnb and it exceeded our expectations! The apartment was exactly as described and included everything necessary to make it the perfect “home away from home”! It is in a great location with restaurants, coffee shops, grocery store and Wilson Lake all within walking distance. Debi was a great host. She kept in contact with us before and during our stay, and quickly responded to all questions. We will definitely stay here again!

The apartment was clean and well stocked. The gas fireplace was cozy. The ski storage and parking were convenient. Matt was very responsive and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. Thank you Matt!

Great Location. Perfect place to stay. Warm and cozy. A little too hot upstairs for sleeping with summer heat even with fans available. Almost perfectly clean on arrival. Would definitely stay here again without any hesitation - in fact we might just book again for next summer soon!!

Ben was a great host! The apartment is perfect for 3-5 people and the location is perfect. 20 minutes to sugarloaf and walking distance to restaurants and a general store.

This apartment is clean and so unique. The artwork is a beautiful touch to this charming home. It is within walking distance to Annie’s Market & next door to Longfellow’s Restaurant. We loved being able to peek at the river & explore a little in the back yard. Patricia is responsive and helpful. We highly recommend staying here whilst visiting Kingfield.

We had a great stay at the lake house. The surrounding are beautiful and very peaceful. Aside from the occasional car going down the street across the lake it is very quiet. We took full advantage of the kayaks and were out on the lake every day and walking the bank looking for crawfish at night. We had an amazing time and look forward to coming back again!

Amy's place was in the perfect location for our vacation plans .We loved hearing the river behind the house with the windows open also really enjoyed using the sauna. I hadn't been in one since I very young with my Finnish family. the house was furnished with everything we needed to feel comfortable! we definitely would like to go back again at some point. Lovely private property that’s only a short drive to Sugarloaf Mountain. The sauna was something we were most looking forward to and it was fabulous. Eucalyptus spray was a nice touch. Gorgeous view of the river, fully stocked kitchen and coziest living room. Excellent location with a 1 min walk to Tufulios and short drive to Sugarbowl which was a hit with kids. Excellent place to stay and enjoy all the activities Carrabassett Valley has to offer! Would definitely stay here again.

Second time staying here. Same as the first, beautiful place, clean, cozy. Easy trail access, gas, restaurants, grocery, parts, all close to the house. Highly recommend, owner was very responsive and respectful.

Stayed here with a large group and 2 dogs. Clean place, kitchen had everything you need. Patrick was super great with everything and checking in. Deff will rent again

Cozy and well-appointed cabin (or 'camp') right on the water. The views out of the windows in the living/dining rooms and master bedroom upstairs were amazing. Peaceful surroundings (occasional road noise at night) but there was only one other house occupied in the subdivision when we stayed so not sure what it would be like in busier seasons. The cabin was very comfortable and the bed had an incredibly comfortable mattress. Maggie/Joshua were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful winter weekend here! The lake was frozen in February, and we had fun snowshoeing across it and visiting a small ski slope that's 15 minutes away. The house was super comfortable for our group of four adults and two three-year-olds, and we appreciated how well stocked the kitchen was, including kid-friendly dishes! I'd love to visit again.

Well stocked with all the amenities. Just missing a can opener! Upstairs was very hot, but Debi said they are putting in a/c for next year. Beds were very comfortable. Awesome location, watched a family of deer and a family of ducks all week. Great access to the lake! Debi is very friendly and helpful. We'll definately be back!

Awesome condo for a ski weekend and within walking distance to one of the best restaurants and ski bars in town. Quick drive to the mountain in the morning and you are on a lift in a short amount of time. Zach was great and we would stay here again.

This is the second time staying at Debi's Rangeley Lake Condo. It is a perfect location to stay if you're skiing at Saddleback or just exploring the area. Debi is very responsive to any questions. The condo is comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to have dinner at "home". When we're in the area, we would definitely stay here again.
