Escape to Carter's Cabin, a charming lakefront house in Lavonia, Georgia, perfect for a relaxing getaway. This cozy cabin boasts two queen bedrooms, a full kitchen equipped with modern appliances, and a comfortable living area with a fireplace. Enjoy the private dock for fishing or simply relaxing by the water, and access to kayaks for exploring the serene waters of Lake Hartwell. *Check-in time is between 4pm and 10pm. We do not allow check-ins after 10pm*

The Tiny Giant lake house

Charming 900Sqft lakefront "tiny" house that packs a punch into such a small space! Private bedroom on the main floor along with a full bath, open kitchen, dining and living space with tons of natural light! There is also a loft bedroom that has it's own bathroom with a shower! The bedroom, loft, and main living space all have independently adjustable AC units for maximum comfort! Coming off the back deck it is an easy walk to the swim platform dock.
