House holiday rentals in Franklin County

I couldn't be more pleased with my first AirBnB stay. The place was clean, inviting, and well-stocked. I wasn't expecting spices, dog toys, dog bowls, dog cot, etc. The fully fenced in yard, lake access, available kayaks, and privacy are the only things I wanted and this place sure supplied! the hot tub, outdoor shower, and firepit were huge bonuses. Also, met and talked with the neighbor who is super friendly 😉 I stayed alone the first half with my dogs and got my peace in. The second half a couple girl friends joined and we thoroughly enjoyed paddling out the this little island and throwing rocks, trying to fish, etc. Enjoying using the coloring supplies, games, and grill as well! It did storm most of the week, but even that was enjoyable! 10/10 experience for us all.

Pete’s Place is such a beautiful small home to rent!!! It was great for what my best friend and I were looking for. We took advantage of everything it had to offer except the pool. Everything we wanted to do was 30+ minutes away but we tried to plan things for least amount of driving. And the downtime at there was perfect. Well designed and clean. Kelly was a great host, very responsive, friendly, and helpful and it felt like she just wants Pete’s Place truly enjoyed. She even gave recommendations! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors were sweet! Overall a wonderful experience!

We had a great stay at Zach’s cabin. It was very clean and perfectly met our needs. We will definitely book Zach’s cabin when we’re in the area again.

Our family of 5 couples and 2 small children loved our stay at Sunsets and Siestas. The home has lots of space, the family suite was a big hit, the master suite is beautiful and spacious, the kitchen very well appointed and the decks, patios are excellent. We used the boat slip including the lift as well as the kayaks and paddleboards. The home had everything we needed and then some. We would definitely return.

This farmhouse vacation was the best our family has experienced so far. We have stayed at over 15 rentals via this platform and others but by far this was the best. If Amy could have controlled the weather, then the trip would have been unbelievable. The house has everything a person needs to stay comfortably. The location is peaceful. The animals come up to the fence each morning and night and allow you to pet them. One horse wants all the attention....lol. The donkeys allow you to give them love too. The house had a full kitchen, a bar area, large living room and 4 beautiful and well-furnished bedrooms. The pool was nice but only used 3 days since we had rain most days. If a person has a small group of 10ish people, this is the perfect house for you. The small neighboring towns have things to see and do. So many waterfalls in the area. You definitely won't be disappointed if you choose to go to Seneca and stay at this house. Amy, thank you for sharing your home!

Tammy and her house were absolutely amazing! She went above and beyond for anything we needed. The home was fully stocked and had tons of extras. This place inside and out is gorgeous and the pictures just don’t do it justice. The pool and spa were both very relaxing and very well maintained. We definitely plan on coming back whenever we are in the area again. Paddling and kayaking the lake right from the dock was a huge plus. If you ever visit Lake Hartwell - I 100/10 recommend this place!

Had a lovely weekend in Hartwell and Tranquil Hart. The backyard was fantastic and we loved sitting around the huge fire pit! Beds were comfortable and we ended up having pretty much everything we needed, although the kitchen was lacking a couple basic supplies (spatula, cutting board). I would definitely return when I am back in the area because I have family in town. It would be nice to visit in the summer and take a dip in the pool! There was ample space for parking, which was great for us since we had three different couples meeting up, each with our own vehicles.

We had a great time , the cabin is beautiful, very clean , just like the pictures. The house manager was very helpful, friendly, very responsive, thank you so much!! We will definitely go back!!

Wonderful location on the lake. Nothing fancy and a little outdated but comfortable for our entire family. Awesome dock for swimming and boating. There is a public boat ramp across the cove which is convenient for putting your own boat in the water but there can be quite a bit of boat traffic at times. Plenty of rafts, floats, kayaks, fishing poles and life jackets to use. We had a fabulous time!

Our family had a great time at the lake house! The house is beautiful and is stocked with everything you need. We had a great weather to enjoy the kayaks, paddle boards and the fire pit. The pool table was a nice addition as well. We will definitely be back and will recommend this listing to our friends. Linton Realty gave us very clear instructions and were very responsive.

This was our second stay using Linton Realty for a property on Lake Hartwell. They communicate clearly & make each stay great. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a rental property.

We really enjoyed staying here. It was close to the lake and the pool was perfect for the kids. I would 100% stay here again.

The house was great! I love there was two living spaces for two families to have private spaces while being under the same roof. Everything was clean and neat. Loved the stock of games also. The driveway is very steep. My husband is great with backing up a trailer but if you’re not and your bringing one could be a little challenging. We loved the view and the deck at night to hangout on and play games. Putting screen on the deck would definitely be a plus for the gnat season because the last two nights we had to move the family time indoors due to 100s of them attracting to the lights. My husband and I with our daughter, her husband along with 3 small grandkids had a great vacation. Thanks for sharing your home!

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful lakefront log cabin! It was honestly just gorgeous, and absolutely pristine! The location was phenomenal and very private. The screened porch with the fabulous swing was SO relaxing - we did not want to leave! Our kids had a great time kayaking and canoeing and caught so many fish! Beds are super comfy! All I can think about is seeing when we can go back. Our hosts were ON IT, let me tell you! We didn’t have to ask many questions because they were so informative and responsive! I highly recommend this lovely cabin!
