The place was everything we wanted ton our stay. Sarah was fantastic in responding to any of our questions. I would definitely stay here again!

Well, our group of 9 had an enjoyable time in this home! It was as advertised and extremely clean, comfortable and quiet. Cindy was just the sweetest and most respectful host always available to answer questions or give recommendations. Close to great distilleries and downtown Frankfort with cute shops and dining. The pool and hot tub were clean and working and the home was well stocked with basic necessities. Highly recommended and can't wait to come back!

We had four adults and three kids staying at David’s place and it was great! It’s even better than the pictures. We loved the beautiful rural setting, yet also appreciated it was only 10 min from grocery stores and shopping. The pool and in home movie theater were big hits with our family. We grilled often and cooked in the kitchen, which had everything we needed. We appreciated all the space to spread out as well as the numerous areas to gather and play. We’d definitely stay here again!

This place was very nice and Jeff was a terrific host! Perfect for a nice family getaway. Close to everything. If you are looking for fun and relaxation, this is the house. Game room was a huge bonus with 2 arcade games and several board games. The backyard is so cute, private and cozy. Kitchen was stocked with coffee and everything you need and the beds were comfy. This is a must stay. Very cute house! Loved it!

Louisville exceeded our expectations and so did this home! Extremely spacious and well stocked for four adults and kids under 8. Lots of bathrooms and the beds were super comfy. Huge yard too! We’d definitely stay again!!

This house has been very well taken care of with nicely preserved midcentury details. My brothers and I really enjoyed our time there. Frankfurt is a relaxed city with amazing historical interest. We enjoyed golf, disc golf, and, of course, the local distilleries. The surrounding countryside is exactly what you would hope for in coming to Kentucky: ample rolling green hills and luxurious stables.

Absolutely loved this getaway! This property was perfect for a quick family weekend in Frankfort. The property was close to restaurants, grocery stores and of course, the bourbon trail. The space was beautifully decorated, clean and so comfortable. We loved the amenities and the master bed was so comfortable— I slept like a baby! Kyle was an amazing host and offered great recommendations for attractions, restaurants, etc and was proactive and responsive. Honestly, one of the best Airbnb experiences I’ve had in a while— thank you again!!!

We had an absolutely amazing stay at this beautiful Airbnb during our bourbon hunting trip in Kentucky. The location couldn’t have been more perfect—less than 30 minutes from both Buffalo Trace and downtown Louisville, which made our bourbon adventures super convenient. The property itself was spotless and incredibly comfortable. One of the highlights was the huge covered deck, which became our sanctuary during a rainy day. We spent hours out there just relaxing, listening to the peaceful sounds of the tranquil creek that flows right in front of the deck. It was like something out of a postcard. Nature lovers will feel right at home here. We saw plenty of deer, hawks soaring above, and even a small herd of cattle that strolled by at nearly the same time each evening—like clockwork! We stayed a few days with friends to mix bourbon tours with relaxing and Bobbie’s house and hospitality could not have been better. From the moment we walked in to the incredibly clean, well decorated home where no detail seemed to be missed our expectations were exceeded. Every detail was thought of from a well-stocked coffee bar, to incredibly detailed instructions for where spare supplies were, pamphlets for local attractions, books on the area, well stocked bathrooms and laundry. We truly could have simply showed up with our clothes and groceries and all other details; including bourbon samples were taken care of. If we could score Bobbie and their place higher we would. The house was gorgeous and had more than enough room for the nine of us. One of the most comfortable/clean places we have stayed and have no complaints!

This was the perfect place to stay on the Bourbon Trail. We had 7 people and the house was spacious and the perfect place to relax after beibg out all day. Bonus it is 5 minutes from Buffalo Trace, making it easier to get in line for a speciality run in the morning!

This home is amazing! Brian goes to great lengths to make everything about staying here a 5 star experience. The home is luxurious and has many thoughtful details. Even though the home is right in downtown Frankfort, it is peaceful and serene once inside. My wife and I loved sitting on the back patio nestled right next to the Kentucky River. It is just a short walk to many restaurants, bakeries, and coffee shops. If I go back to Frankfort, this is the place I want to stay.

The listing does NOT do this place justice. We took the whole family (7 of us) across the country to spend the week here. From the moment we pulled in the drive, we knew we wouldn't want to leave The house was spacious and we'll equipped. The quiet nights on the patio and the serene landscape were beyond our expectations. Gary was incredibly responsive and helped us out in a pinch when we needed it. The family is already talking about when we can go back and I can't imagine staying anywhere else. Highly recommended!

Jason was a great host and has a beautiful home. The house was thoughtfully laid out and everyone really enjoyed staying there. The house is located in a lovely wooded area in the Kentucky hills and the birders thoroughly enjoyed the birdsong in the morning. It was also conveniently located for our main purpose…the Kentucky Bourbon Trail. We had a blast and I would highly recommend it.

Scott was very responsive when we wanted to drop off luggage early so we could wonder the town. His home is charming and cozy, wish we had booked for a longer stay than just one night. The location is very close to downtown Frankfort that made it walkable to the restaurants, bookstore and parks. Loved all the "extras", tea , grill, and munchies. We will be back! I stayed at Vernon’s home in Frankfort, Kentucky for two nights during a business trip, and I couldn’t have been more pleased. Vernon was incredibly responsive, honestly, the most responsive host I’ve ever had, and also very friendly. The house itself was spotless, comfortable, and had everything I needed. One of the main reasons I chose this home was the ChargePoint Level 2 EV charger in the garage. It worked flawlessly and charged my car quickly. Being able to park inside the garage was a huge plus, especially when storms rolled in one evening. It gave me peace of mind knowing my car was safe and clean. Everything about the house was great. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone, especially families. Just a heads-up: there is only one bathroom with a shower, so if you’re traveling with a larger group, it might take a little coordination. That said, it didn’t affect my experience at all. All in all, a fantastic stay. I’d definitely book again.

Lauren’s home was extraordinary. The view overlooking the river was gorgeous. The patio and even the neighborhood cat were some of our favorite memories. The house itself was spotless and so inviting. My only regret was I didn’t book a longer stay! All her recommendations were spot on. There was so much to experience within a 15-20 minute radius. We most definitely will be staying here again.

We had such a great stay. The location was perfect for exploring the Bourbon Trail and just a few minutes from Buffalo Trace. The house was cozy and comfortable, and the game room was a fun little bonus. The bed was firm and super comfortable, which was exactly what we needed after long days out. We enjoyed our stay at the Tavern. The house was very clean and the beds are comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything we needed. We enjoyed using the fire pit and hot tub after grilling steaks. The location was excellent for the bourbon trail. We were so close to everything we wanted to do.
